Tonight's launch of the USAF's new "shuttle". Originally a joint effort between NASA and the AF, NASA backed out for some reason, and the AF continued with the development of this spacecraft. It resembles the Space Shuttle, but a "mini-model". It also is an unmanned craft. It is designed to "explore space" and also some "top secret" missions. Wow, do I need a longer lens than a 200! This photo was taken from my patio.
