as the sun set the rays of light make like eye lashes for the sun and the clouds the eye lid. Nite-Nite. From a rural area in northeast Oklahoma on a hot summer's evening.

I made this lash set for the Feb round of Dollholic. I hope you like it ^^
Each set can be mixed and matched top/bottom lashes and tinted in your lelutka hud so you can customize your look!
I've been wanting to get a shot like this for a long time, and I've been trying for just as long, but it's not easy. The main problem obviously is that you have to first find an elephant with lashes this incredibly long - not all elephants are the same and some even have rather short lashes. And when you find one, then the sun needs to be very low, close to the horizon. These long lashes are the perfect natural sunshades and keep any sunlight from directly hitting the eye, making the eyes either invisible or very dark - the low angle of the sun is necessary to illuminate the eye. And if those criteria are met, then you have to be able to get fairly close in order to actually photograph the eye, and be fast enough to take the shot...
Most of the times the elephants I encountered were either too far away to even try, the sun was too high, the lashes were short, or the elephant simply didn't want to get into the right position. Luckily, this one time everything came together. I had spotted the elephant in the distance and I quickly moved into the same direction, trying to find any elephant paths ahead of it. Elephants are creatures of habit and often use the same tracks to move from one place to the other. When I found one, I looked into the distance to see if the elephant was more or less moving in my direction, and when it did, I positioned my vehicle such that the light was coming from over my shoulder and that there was enough room for the elephant to pass - you don't want to be in the way of an elephant!
After a couple of minutes the elephant walked straight into my direction, and when it walked passed my vehicle, it briefly stopped, and looked at me to check me out. I had just enough time to get the shot.

Lash summer we stayed with our friends in Montelimar, France followed by a week in Avignon.we visited the Pope’s Palace, where the grounds were being used for a performance - so I took a sneaky shot of the unreserved seating in the sunlight.

O que eu não gosto NEM UM POUCO é dessa colinha vagabundeenha da Fring'rs. A maldita não cola de jeito nenhum, só faz bagunça e meleca os fiozinhos dos cílios que são bem fininhos e delicados! Vide os cantinhos soltando em 5 segundos ( só o tempo de pegar a câmera). Sugestões de cola? A Duo seria uma boa?

After I took this shot I looked at it on the camera display and thought it was nice but then I saw it on my computer I couldn't believe the eyelashes on this beautiful horse, thx!
Trying a few new things here. Had a go at contouring, but I'm not really convinced it made much difference. Also managed to get false eye lashes to stick on. The previous times I've tried, it was a gluey mess and I gave up. Only took me 11 years to work out how to do it!

This is my little reaction to comments that have been flying around since the vote by the UK to leave the European union, apparently if you voted to leave you must be a right wing Nazi racist. I would just like to point that the UK IS STILL one of the most welcoming nations to all cultures on this planet we are also very tolerant of peoples lifestyles even accepting the LGBT as part of normal life.
This vote will not make us into intolerant bigots.
So whatever you voted it's now time to unite and start some f.,. ing big problem solving.
I plan to solve my problems dressed as prettily as possible and this seems like a good start.
