It was windy and foggy last night to see the laser light show. Not easy to snap photos. These are couple quick clikcs of the light. They will have the lights on tonight but not sure the fog weather conditions.

Due to the light nights and difficulty getting out at night, had to descend underground for some testing of my hacked up laser spirograph thingy.
I've not gt the settings quite right yet, it won't stay still for really long exposures, so still a sort of work in progress.

Keck 1 and Gemini were propagating lasers tonight. It's a 90% moon, so the night photography opportunities aren't great. However, I stepped outside the Subaru control room to catch this image of the moon rising behind the Keck dome.

The Singapore Sports Hub opened its doors to the public on Friday and thousands of people turned up to get a first peek at the facilities. The public was taken on a tour of the Sports Hub and about 3,000 people went on a walk-a-jog around the Sports Hub. A laser and fireworks display capped off the evening.

I put the camera on self-timer, with no flash, and I was inside in the evening when the light was low. I then pulled out the laser pointer and shone it all around the room - when the self-timer opened the shutter it captured the random patterns I was making.
