Scientist in research lab. I used 3 flashes, one with red gel to camera left and behind me, one with blue gel in back and one on a shelf in front of the guy with an improved paper snoot thing on it.

The subject is Dr. Shreekumar Pillai and he is doing gene research.

For some reason the images lose saturation when uploaded to the web, both this one and the one with the mouse have very bright red tones.

Special collections conservation lab cabinets and shelves

LAB MIX PUPPIES: there are 3 of these cute, 2-3 month old Lab mix puppies, all male, 2 black and one brindle. They’re sweet, gentle, snuggly and all-around adorable! Though they can be a little shy at first, they warm up quickly with kind handling and reassurance. Though these little guys love each other, they’ll do best in separate homes where they can have the love, attention and training all puppies need.

They live in kennel P8.

Im Rahmen des GIS Day 2016 in Salzburg wurde das IDEAS:Lab des Interfakultären Fachbereichs für Geoinformatik eröffnet.

Das iDEAS:lab wird Schülern, Studierenden, Forschern, Projektpartnern aus Universitäten und Wirtschaft ebenso wie der allgemeinen Öffentlichkeit zur Verfügung stehen, um geoinformatische Technologien kennenzulernen und Geomedien-Kompetenz als Grundlage für die Digitalisierung der räumlichen Dimension unserer Lebenswelten aufzubauen.
