British streetwear brand Aerosoul has been bridging the worlds of fashion and music for well over a decade. Initially conceived back in 1998, founder Leke Adesoye (who trained at the London College of Fashion) drew inspiration from the thriving underground jungle, hip-hop, soul and breakbeat scenes in his home city of London to create a brand that has remained synonymous with urban music and its vibrant sub cultures ever since.

1,5 kg Spanferkelschulter mit Schwarte
1 Gemüsezwiebel
2 Karotten

50 g Butter
2 Lorbeerblätter
1 Sternanis
½ TL Senfsamen
500 ml Weißwein
500 ml Apfelsaft
Bad Reichenhaller SprühSalz PUR
Für die Sellerie-Locken
1 Staudensellerie
1 l Wasser
½ Zitrone (Saft)
1 TL Bad Reichenhaller MarkenSalz
Bad Reichenhaller SprühSalz PUR
Für die Senfkarotten
400 g Karotten
40 g Butter
2 Schalotten, fein gewürfelt
1 Lorbeerblatt
1 TL Zucker
1 EL Weinessig
1 EL mittelscharfer Senf
1 Bund Kerbel
Bad Reichenhaller SprühSalz PUR
ZUBEREITUNG
Spanferkelschulter
Die Schwarte rautenförmig einschneiden und mit 20 Sprühstößen SprühSalz PUR gut salzen. Das Gemüse für den Fond schälen und in walnussgroße Stücke schneiden. Vanilleschote der Länge nach aufschneiden und das Mark mit einem Messer herauskratzen. Butter, Gemüse, Gewürze, Wein und Apfelsaft in eine feuerfeste Form (Bräter mit Deckel) geben. Die Spanferkelschulter mit der Schwartenseite nach unten in die Flüssigkeit legen – die Schwarte sollte min. 2 Fingerbreit in der Flüssigkeit liegen. Bräter abdecken und ca. 2,5 Std. bei 140 °C in den Ofen geben. Danach den Deckel entfernen und die Schulter wenden. Mit der Schwartenseite nach oben im offenen Bräter ca. 40 Min. bei 180 °C im Ofen backen, so dass eine Kruste entsteht. Die Kruste während dieser Zeit immer wieder mit Bratenfond übergießen und mit SprühSalz PUR salzen. (Je nach Ofen und Stärke der Schulter kann die Garzeit abweichen.)
Sellerie-Locken
Den Staudensellerie vom Strunk befreien, die einzelnen Stangen gut waschen, schälen und mit einem Sparschäler oder einem Gemüsehobel dünn der Länge nach in lange Späne hobeln. Die Späne in kaltes gesalzenes Wasser legen und so lange darin liegen lassen, bis sie sich zu kleinen Locken aufrollen (ca. 2 Std). Die fertigen Locken vorsichtig auf einem Küchentuch abtropfen lassen und mit SprühSalz PUR und etwas Zitronensaft würzen.
Senfkarotten
Karotten schälen und grob reiben. Butter in einem Topf schmelzen, Schalottenwürfel und Lorbeerblatt glasig anschwitzen. Karotten, Zucker und Weinessig zugeben und weich dünsten. Mit Senf und SprühSalz PUR abschmecken. Bei Bedarf das Gemüse noch mit etwas Speisestärke abbinden. Kurz vor dem Servieren Kerbelblätter zupfen und unterheben.
SERVIER-TIPP
Die Sellerie-Locken sind eine kleine, erfrischende Zugabe zum Spanferkelbraten. Formen Sie daraus kleine lockere Häufchen und legen diese auf das Fleisch. Als Beilage eignen sich Kartoffelknödel, Bratkartoffeln, Spätzle oder Schupfnudeln.
Mit Bad Reichenhaller SprühSalz PUR bleibt der Braten im Kern saftiger. Durch mehrfaches Besprühen während des Backens entsteht eine traumhafte Kruste.

I just grabbed a few hours here and there this week slowly tidying up the very grotty rear trailing arms from the BMW. They've been through the de-rusting electrolysis tank, wire drill brushed, krust treated, hammerited by brush and sprayed a bit too.
Finally tonight I ran a fine grade of wet and dry round the bushing bores and the inside of the bearing bore with some wd40 to clean off the surface rust and any stray paint.
I've wiped a little engine oil on the bear metal surfaces to keep them from corroding until I can get the new bearings and bushs installed.
You can see the rust on the inside of the arms with the flash on this shot so I may use some waxol or similar before fitting on the car

Gold ist ein chemisches Element mit dem Elementsymbol Au (von lateinisch aurum) und der Ordnungszahl 79. Es ist ein Übergangsmetall und steht im Periodensystem in der 1. Nebengruppe (Gruppe 11), die auch als Kupfergruppe bezeichnet wird. Diese Gruppe enthält die drei Münzmetalle: Kupfer sowie die Edelmetalle Silber und Gold. Zusammen mit Kupfer ist Gold eines der wenigen farbigen Metalle.
Gold wird seit Jahrtausenden für rituelle Gegenstände und Schmuck sowie seit dem 6. Jahrhundert v. Chr. in Form von Goldmünzen als Zahlungsmittel genutzt.
Die meisten Elemente bis zum Eisen, aber schwerer als Wasserstoff, sind unter Energieabgabe in unseren Sonnenvorgängern durch Kernfusionen entstanden (siehe auch Nukleosynthese). Das auf der Erde vorkommende Gold ist - wie alle Elemente, die schwerer sind als Eisen sind - bei dem Supernova-Kernkollaps unseres Sonnenvorgängers unter Energieaufnahme entstanden. Solange die frühe Erde noch keine feste Kruste hatte, ist alles Gold aufgrund seiner hohen Dichte in den Erdkern gewandert. Wir finden heute nur noch Gold, das nach der Krustenbildung auf die Erde gelangt ist oder durch vulkanische Prozesse wieder an ihre Oberfläche kam.

Das dieswöchige Schmankerl kam aus dem elterlichen Hasenstall. Das beste Stück des selbst geschlachteten und zerlegten Kaninchens - sein Rücken - wurde mit einer Kruste aus Schalotten und Portwein gratiniert. Als Beilagen gab es eine Parmesan-Polenta-Creme und in Honig geschmorte Pastinaken, abgeschmeckt mit Wacholder und Zitrone.
Nebenbei bemerkt: die bildschöne Deko aus Winterportulak (Portelein) ist sehr als Salat zu empfehlen (nur noch wenige Wochen Saison)!

I've also remove 4 remaining exhaust manifold studs, dremeled this side of the head lightly to remove the worst of the ali oxide plus I've removed the burned on rust on the head from the manifold.
The exhaust port face came up nicely with a light bit of wet and drying to create a clean surface for the new gaskets when the eventually go on
