Knowing your body could save your life. Photos by Mahaneela

Mr.Squirrel, knowing that more food will shortly be forth-coming.

One purpose of doing the practices and yoga kriyas is that you become sensitive. If you just touch a person for one moment, you should know his one hundred lifetimes, and what his karma is. You may not know all the details, which city he was born in, where he lived, what he had for dinner today… that is not the point. You know the general trend of his karmas. This is not imagining or hallucinating. It must be crystal clear, just like seeing with your eyes. That is how it should be. Now the way you act, the way in which you handle people, will be with a different kind of maturity. Just by looking at them, not by looking at their present image, you will know exactly what that person needs at this moment. Even he may not know what he needs at this moment, because he only knows what he is at this moment. He does not know what he was in another lifetime, but you know what he was then; so you can handle things with a totally different kind of maturity which will not come through thought. If that sensitivity has to come, one has to work towards it; there is no other way. -Sadhguru

Knowing - Custom DVD cover and label. Not a bad flick. Pretty good story and good cast and special effects. I liked it.

fistkick666: They are gay

middleclassgirl: When I was about 11 years old, I used to go down to that car park on a Sunday and play tennis against the wall with my friend. One time some boys were riding past on their bikes and for some reason I stuck my fingers up at them. They do a circle and came to approach us and I was so terrified. "Why did you do that?" my best answer was "I don't know ..".

lakusagirl: @sgrhall well all these comments on your photo have lifted my spirits. Smile.

sgrhall: @lakusagirl there's just the two on this one. Not sure how they'd lift your spirits?

lakusagirl: @sgrhall no apologies all the comments written about/after the photo made me laugh!

kazadams: @sgrhall r they floating, jumping or falling to their death...

sgrhall: @kazadams I see it as floating but maybe a bit out of control you know? Like in space.

The idea was to think through electronic waste by taking it apart and trying to put it back together again. The workshop was also a reflection on making as a practice of knowing.

you'd have a knowing look too if you had two heads.

My first modeling shoot. All natural lighting. Now experimenting with flash, so there will be more to come.

Enter the phone number and find someone's location

Tracking the phone number is a skill everyone should have. In the current scenario, when there is an outbreak in cell phone use, it is not uncommon to receive calls from unknown sources. Fortunately, technology has made it easier for people to track someone's location using their cell phone number. The reason can be anyone, but knowing the fact that you can track a caller gives you peace of mind.

The phone can be tracked passively or in real time. To get someone's location from their real-time cell phone number, you can use GPS or IMEI call trackers. Most cell phone location applications need an Internet connection, but there are some applications that can track a cell phone even when it is not connected to the Internet. Locating any GPS phone and phone are two cell phone tracking applications that can track the caller's location, even if your phone is not connected to the Internet. Another feature of these applications is that it can track anyone who uses SMS or whatsapp messages. It is useful when you want to track someone without notifying you, or you want to avoid embarrassing the caller by letting them know they are tracking your location.

There are many cell phone tracking applications available for Android and iOS platforms. Most of these applications are free, but if you want to get some serious ideas, you may need to upgrade to premium versions.

Knowing I was pulling spotting duty @ PDX, Planephotoman called me to let me know he thought he heard a F-16 fly over Oregon City heading to PDX. Oregon city is about 20 miles south of PDX, I was like, sure Paul we shall see. I waited a couple more minutes before leaving, and guess what showed up coming down the glideslope?! Cleaver 44 of the 144th FW here to support QRA alert for the 142nd FW. How in the hell did Paul call that???

A good friend, knowing that not only do I collect kimono, I also collect kimono fabric, gifted me with 8 wonderful volumes of antique fabric sampler books from late Taisho / Early Showa.

These books are too big to scan - so I have to photograph them.

I hope you enjoy viewing them and marveling over the intricacies of fabric weaving as much as I do!

The weather wasn't too good, I sat in my car knowing that it was going to rain in between shooting these shots

A concerned mother asks the advice of a Jesuit priest:

"Today my daughter said to me, "Why do you concentrate on heavenly desires, Mama? I like earthly desires. Heavenly desires are boring." I asked her what she thought a heavenly desire was and she said, "I don't know. God?" Then we had a big discussion (I think she was listening?) about what God and Heaven are and the difference between joy and happiness, too. I see her on the one hand with a deep, pure faith and instinct for God and on the other, having a lot of friction against any element of faith that feels 'forced'. Also this idea that heaven is an end of earthly happiness. What is your answer?"

Fr. Tony Nye SJ answers:

“Your daughter's response is understandable and that of many people. We can only imagine the joy of heaven compared with the happiness on earth. God wants both. If we concentrate on making other people (not just ourselves) happy on earth, then we shall come to know God better through that and knowing God leads to the deeper joy of heaven, which is beyond us now. Keep exercising trust. God bless. Father Tony.”
