A bit of beauty leftover from last season.
A Knockout rose, no fragrance, designed to fill in tough spots in a landscape.
Day by day it is getting hotter out and Sunday and Monday we can very easily reach 100 degrees F... I know that is nothing for a lot of you but it is very hot for those of us in the Pacific Northwest west of the Cascades.. Thinking about that then the poor rose began to melt and change color...:-)

“Sunny” a knockout rose.
This little rose just blooms it's heart out.. I am thinking of getting a red or white one to put under the bedroom window.. This one is under the living room window..
This is the first little Knockout rose that I have purchased and I have been very happy with the flower...It is a very prolific bloomer and the shape is nice...
This little rosebush is one that I got to replace the Azalea that was under the living room window when I moved in... Every time we trimmed the azalea back so it didn't block the window it just grew taller so I finally got a pint size rosebush that really performs.. I love these little knockout roses...
This is the new Knockout rose I have in the backyard this year...The Coral Knockout did so well that I got this one to put under the bedroom window.. The Reblooming Lilac that I had there wasn't what I thought it would be.. It was a suggestion from a friend and I guess we don't have the same orderly taste in plants...
This is the little rose bush that I got last year for the back yard.. It is just loaded.. It's hard to get just a lone flower for a picture... Happy Sliders Sunday, Everybody!!
I'm quite surprised how quickly people have embraced Google+. It's almost as if there's been a mass exodus from Facebook; hence this tongue-in-cheek photo of a triumphant Google.
