Once we pulled out the nasty wallpapered ceiling and discovered the beadboard the transformation began. We did have to add some fancy molding to finish it off- it was worth the effort.

The bricks were that funky stick on stuff from the 70s...very red, very dated.
The tile was basic white 4x4. Not upscale enough for the house. I painted,textured and glazed both projects....the cabinets I did last summer. This is at my mom and dad's house. We had a big party, so lots 'o decorating!

Thru this Hallway is where there was a door to the weird closet. With that gone it made for a better flow ofr the hallway.
