How lucky we were in Suffolk yesterday to have such a glorious winter's day and some time was spent by the lake as the sun rose. A male "Goldeneye" duck (whose markings are so very striking) catches the eye as it feeds nearby.

I'm do not have a heel obsession/fetish etc but I do love design. High heels are really something of beauty and complement leg curves wonderfully. They are a bit like supercars eg Ferrari and Lamborghini, wonderful to behold but wholly impractical. I love contradictions like that...
