One of my Year 11 students drawing blood at a medicine keyskills workshop - the students had a fab time, they all got to take a blood sample, intubate a dummy, do CPR, check blood pressure and perform the Heimlich maneuver.
wednesday 9th december;
well today at college i spent the day editing my video footage and then worked in groups to edit our advertisement footage. i spent lunch with carl and anna and then towards the end of the day, joe came into my class to finish off some editing for his class. (actually, it was only so he could perv on me). i went to keyskills where i got into a physical fight over a sweet which ryan had stolen off me -resorting into the computers being switched off cause ryan pulled out a wire or something. after that, joe met me and we walked to sainsburys where i had a panini and joe had some chips.
due to my dad taking my old computer into work to transfer all my stuff onto the "new" computer i was getting, it took over 25 hours, so i didn't get it back on wednesday night (this is why i am far behind on my 365 cause ALL my old stuff is now on my new computer, just not organized etc).
ps. the photo is of a plastic cup which you can get from the drinks machine at college. before joe came into my class, he had drew this for me onto a cup, which i thought was sweet (: and btw, sorry about the noise, i literally had two minutes to take this.

Job Description:
Candidate Must Have:
Minimum of 6- 10 years of AX development or relevant experience with deep knowledge of ERP platform in Microsoft Dynamics, web services, security, cloud, and infrastructure.
Proficient in .NET, Visual Studio, C#, X++, SSRS reporting services.
Knowledge on web service integration and AIF.
Understanding on Logic Apps and CDS will be an advantage.
Experience designing custom technical interfaces, modifications, data conversions.
Unit, System, User Acceptance Testing and facilitating of this testing.
Strong technical knowledge of Dynamics 365 for Operations.
Experience with and / or certification for Microsoft Dynamics AX development tools and Application Integration Framework (AIF), EDI XML/BizTalk, SQL Server 2008/2012/2016, Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), Structured Query Language (SQL).
Experience implementing DevOps for Microsoft Dynamics Projects
Understanding of API, REST/ODATA and SOAP endpoints
Understanding of the platform, integration capabilities; knowledge of Azure architecture; ability to utilize Lifecycle Services (LCS).
Effectively explain highly technical concepts to business users in a language they can understand; while communicating with architects in their common language.
Adept at managing multiple deadlines and rapidly changing priorities.
Proven ability to take initiative and deliver outstanding performance.
Delivering complex, full life- cycle implementations and support of D365/ AX in a Consulting role
Understanding of Life Cycle Services is a must
Latest D365 certification a plus.
Participated in more than three full- life cycle implementations of Dynamics AX
Able to think, analyze and recommend solutions for technical problems.
Must be able to manage time, prioritize and communicate commitments.
Strong in communication and team management.
Must have strong client and internal communication skills with experience working in highly collaborative teams.
Flexibility to travel domestic as well as overseas.
Work visa to work in Canada and/or US will be a plus.
