*Port Grand Project* is a food, shopping and entertainment complex which
has been built with over Rs. 1 billion investment by Grand Leisure
Corporation. Port Grand project is a 13-acre world-class facility that has
been designed and built in collaboration with top international
architects/designers who employed the latest technology and building
techniques to deliver a state of the art facility. About 40 outlets are

Corporation. Port Grand project is a 13-acre world-class facility that has
been designed and built in collaboration with top international
architects/designers who employed the latest technology and building
techniques to deliver a state of the art facility. About 40 outlets are
being made operational at this stage while more outlets would be opened
soon. The entry fee for the Port Grand would be Rs. 300 per person out of
which Rs. 200 would be redeemable at different food outlets and shops

The native jetty bridge has been entirely rebuilt to ensure a world-class
tourist destination and a source of pride for Karachites that would

wifi, port bazaar, bookstore, florist, Art lane, gift and antiques etc.

has been dedicated to building an open eco-friendly/ green environment,

Only two hundred and fifty paved kilometers from the bourgeoning Karachi located a stretch of recently unlocked land that stands high above an unending Maze of intricate Ravines. Sneaking through tall Cliffs these gorges produce a distinct Geographical Formation; the Canyon in travelers jargon.
The Breathtaking setting only became Publicly known after the construction of Makran Coastal Highway – the 650 km freeway – in 2004 and is rapidly gaining popularity among adventure type Karachites.
The sight is so overwhelming that even a ‘round the world’ road traveler cannot watch that without a wide open mouth!
The road sign there suggests that this patch of the highway is known as the Buzi Pass which is actually a tortuous territory in the otherwise smooth road.
The belief that the army of Alexander suffered an unprecedented loss while crossing through the 1500 feet high pass differentiates the canyon from the rest of the global league.
Memory of the ancient conqueror coupled with the enormity of the setting arguably makes it the greatest of all known Canyons...!!

Had seen pictures of this frequently photographed location in the city, the monument at Bin Qasim Park especially with the lights lit up. All geared up and ready to take pictures , I head to the park only to see total darkness there. Very confused as to what happened here, first thought "shayad load shedding hai". The watchman nearby explained that bunch of people just broke all the lights of this monument for "fun". Yaaar why we people are so JUNGLI!!!! Patriotism is not only singing patriotic songs and "Pakistan Zindabad" kay naaray lagana....it is about respecting your country through little gestures.....dont destroy things like that, dont litter, dont break traffic rules, dont bribe traffic police , dont thookofy paan, etc etc. There is so much we as individuals can do to improve the situation that displays true patriotism. All these are not issues of the government. These our own issues, issues of the individuals , of the society. We need social reforms, social awareness and respect for all..... #Angry #Karachite
