Opened as a K-Mart in 1981.
Closed circa 2003 and was quickly remodeled into a "Sears Essentials".
Sears Holdings realized "Sears Essentials" was anything but and re-branded it as a K-Mart circa 2006.
Announced in November 2012 that this store would close in January, 2013.

It basically was in excellent condition, shutter works on all speeds, clean exterior but the Viewfinder and Rangefinder were very cloudy. I had to take the top off anyway so just 3 more screws and the main shell came off too, it was dirtier than I thought so I gave it a near full CLA
