Despite what he reports as lower pay since he returned after Katrina, Clint has been a sidewalk promoter for several years. That's not to say that it's the sidewalk he's promoting. No, he's promoting the nubile and curvaceous young cuties performing within. Exactly what they're performing and/or on whom, I couldn't say.
I also can't say whether that sign is alluding to the admission fee or the performer's degree of undress. One can only hope. :D
