The view out of one of the many caves in Juniper Gulch. Most of these caves have been formed by heavy runoff coming down the gulch and eroding the soft volcanic ash rock.
WIT: I think these are junipers. PP: I layered in a different background since the original one was blown out. I did the usual RAW to JPG conversion, levels, curves, color correction and sharpening.
There are some projects i let alone like this Juniper ,its very cute and has a nice shape all by its self .
Its interesting seeing growth progression in my images of many plants and trees, this one i first noticed as a mere three inch sapling back in April 2019 .
Today it stands at 43 inches but appears the main leader is removed . This tree i had been lax taking its images for some reason .

Juniper won't admit it, but she's glad I'm finally finished with the tiny photo challenge so she can get a bit more attention.
After extensive pruning and wrestling with the prickly Junpier I think I finally got it into a raft form. It's supposed to look like a fallen tree that has continued to grow as a raft of smaller "trees".
