Coming to Boarhills was a last minute decision. I was driving home and as I passed through St. Andrews, I noticed a red sky developing. Unfortunately, by the time I'd drove out here and set up the camera, what little red was left had mostly gone.
Back in 2012, I made a game (on RPG Maker 2003 so it's nothing to get excited about) which takes place in Boarhills. It was essentially a summation of everything that had happened to me during that turbulent year, interspersed with an odd story about rescuing the village from a curse that turned the villagers into wild boar. The church happened to form the first level of that game. The location makes it as the church feels really remote and lonely.
