I may be getting along in years, but this much is true: when it comes to
welding second rate materials in third world conditions with fourth rate
equipment, I've still got my A game.
AFGE joined community groups and other labor organizations for the “Fulfilling the Promise of Brown v. Board: Organizing for Educational Justice for All” rally in front of the Supreme Court on May 13, 2014.
Why don't we all change our icons for a while using this black ribbon instead.
It is a way for us to say:
stop the killing of civilians in both sides.
Stop this war.

The Great Refractor building at the Hamburg-Bergedorf Observatory might show a large, dome-shaped structure, housing one of the most significant telescopes in the world. A Blue Line train from 54/Cermak heads down the ramp here into the open-cut expressway median Congress Line, joining with its sister branch from the West Side to head into the subway downtown, and out to O'Hare.
This service will soon be rush-only, as the Cermak branch will be used by the new Pink Line routing starting at the end of June.
This was initially the "Congress Expressway," but is now known as the Eisenhower Expressway through the City of Chicago, and is a major part of I-290.
