Early morning at Borobudur Temple, Java.

Borobudur Temple is a huge Buddhist Temple located 40 km north west of Yogyakarta, Central Java, Indonesia. The temple was built during the golden age of Syailendra Dynasty, presumably between 750 and 825. Dark-grey volcanic stone was used for the construction of the monument, which is listed as UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Java

You are my morning coffee

My java

My caffeine

And my wake-up call

Each morning

And each day

You wake me with kisses

Change my night dreams

To day dreams

Smile like a sun rising

And give me a thousand reasons

To rise and shine

You are my café au lai

My cappuccino

Hot stuff

Jamocha

Joe

Full of punch

Soft with the touches

And tender like the night

You perk me up

Pick me up

And make my day

Coffee and tea and the java and me

Coffee is a brewed drink prepared from roasted coffee beans, the seeds of berries from certain Coffea species.

When coffee berries turn from green to bright red in colour – indicating ripeness – they are picked, processed, and dried.

Dried coffee seeds (referred to as "beans") are roasted to varying degrees, depending on the desired flavour.

The two most commonly grown coffee bean types are C. arabica and C. robusta.

Coffee plants are now cultivated in over 70 countries, primarily in the equatorial regions of the Americas, Southeast Asia, the Indian subcontinent, and Africa.

As of 2018, Brazil was the leading grower of coffee beans, producing 35% of the world total.

When I am travelling to different places in the country, I enjoy seeking out specialty coffee shops. It's where you meet interesting people and with a good cup of coffee, I take time to get to know them a bit.

Java Sparrows are the sweetest birds just loaded with personality. I know young birds are juveniles but when it comes to these sweeties it is Baby Java :)

Java Sparrow: Originally native to Java and Bali in Indonesia, and possibly Madura, this sparrow has been introduced and is established in many parts of the world, from Asia to Australia, Africa and North America. Inhabits open woodlands, often bordering cultivated areas, and is also found in mangroves, grassland, towns and villages, and in both coastal and inland areas.
