James City, Virginia, renamed Leon, was the site of a Civil War battle in October 1863. It was one of the the few battles where the village inhabitants were caught between the two opposing North and South armies. This abandoned farm property is now being cleaned up as a historic marker, but funding is problematic. The property has multiple buildings including what was once a large home.
Khao Phing Kan (Thai: เขาพิงกัน) or Ko Khao Phing Kan (เกาะเขาพิงกัน) is an island in Thailand, in Phang Nga Bay northeast of Phuket.
About 40 metres (130 ft) from the shores of Khao Phing Kan lies a 20-metre (66 ft) tall islet called Ko Tapu (เกาะตะปู, pronounced [kɔ̀ʔ tapuː]) or Khao Tapu (เขาตะปู [kʰǎw tapuː]).
The islands are limestone tower karsts and are a part of Ao Phang Nga National Park. Since 1974, when it was featured in the James Bond movie The Man with the Golden Gun, Khao Phing Kan has been popularly called James Bond Island.
The largest colony of blue herons in Amsterdam you can find in the Amsterdam Zoo, Artis. During the breeding season, the colony counts about 400 birds, a true spectacle to watch.
One more of my long-awaited dream came true! Finally, I have personally seen the legendary island where were shooting one part of the Bondiana - "Man with the Golden Gun". This is a very amazing place located in the Gulf of Siam at Ko Khao Phing Kan, Phang Nga. To all fans of films about James Bond I highly recommend to visit this remarkable place. And what a splendid picture!

James Otto
James Otto was at Erie Count Fair when this pictures was taken. Sorry that the pictures didn't turn out. But I was lucky to take them of James Otto. I am not big in country. I do like some country music. There are some pictures of him on the Big Screen at The Concert. Enjoy!

Met James a month ago ... he's here on the streets of Minneapolis trying to start over. Came up from St. Louis with a heap of bad vibes in the rear view mirror. ..The man's lost everything he told me, but he was a very amicable guy with a quick smile. He offered me a swig from his bottle, but I decided against that.
I asked him how he came to get to this point, living on the streets asking for money.. ""Just a series of unfortunate events, man... just a series of unfortunate events"
