♫ Hello darkness, my old friend

I've come to talk with you again

Because a vision softly creeping

Left its seeds while I was sleeping

And the vision that was planted in my brain

Still remains

Within the sound of silence ♫

🎧 Disturbed - The Sound Of Silence

Come here girl.

My 3rd Christmas with this little delight.

♫ It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas

Soon the bells will start

And the thing that will make 'em ring is the carol that you sing

Right within your heart ♫

The St James IV tower, in Holyrood Palace, Edinburgh, Scotland.

"Holyroodhouse", as it is sometimes termed, is the official royal residence in Scotland. The North-West James IV tower is the oldest part of the structure, originally built in the early 1500s by James IV of Scotland, adjascent to the now ruined 12th century Holyrood Abbey. However most of the rest of the building was designed by Sir William Bruce, and dates to the 1670s.

It is a fluent moment, with more questions to the situation than answers. What they talk together? Who knows.

Ein kurzer Augenblick mit mehr Fragen als Antworten. Was die beiden bereden, was sie verbindet, wer weiss das schon.

Soft and cuddly.

------------------------------ JESUS ✝️ SAVES-------------------------------

SALVATION THROUGH FAITH IN CHRIST JESUS ALONE!

❤️❤️ IT'S ALL JESUS AND NONE OF OURSELVES! ❤️❤️

1. Now, brothers, I want to remind you of the gospel I preached to you, which you received and on which you have taken your stand. 2. BY THIS GOSPEL YOU ARE SAVED, if you hold firmly to the word I preached to you. Otherwise, you have believed in vain.

3. For what I received I passed on to you as of first importance: that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures, 4. that he was buried, that he was raised on the third day according to the Scriptures, 5. and that he appeared to Peter, and then to the Twelve. 6. After that, he appeared to more than five hundred of the brothers at the same time, most of whom are still living, though some have fallen asleep. 7. Then he appeared to James, then to all the apostles, 8. and last of all he appeared to me also, as to one abnormally born.

9. For I am the least of the apostles and do not even deserve to be called an apostle, because I persecuted the church of God. 10. But by the grace of God I am what I am, and his grace to me was not without effect. No, I worked harder than all of them--yet not I, but the grace of God that was with me. 11. Whether, then, it was I or they, this is what we preach, and this is what you believed. (1 Corinthians 15:1-11)

7. Therefore Jesus said again, "I tell you the truth, I am the gate for the sheep. 8. All who ever came before me were thieves and robbers, but the sheep did not listen to them. 9. I am the gate; whoever enters through me WILL BE SAVED. He will come in and go out, and find pasture. 10. The thief comes only to STEAL and KILL and DESTROY; I have come that they may have LIFE, and have it to the FULL. (John 10:7-10)

Jesus came to bring spiritual LIFE to the spiritually dead and set the captives FREE! FREE from RELIGION, ERROR and outright LIES, so they might serve THE LIVING GOD! In SPIRIT and in TRUTH! Because JESUS LOVES YOU! ❤️ ✝️ ❤️

If you don't take time to smell the pretty flowers, you're missing out on the fragrance of life.

James Baines, a state of the art clipper passenger ship, launched from the East Boston shipyard of the famous ship builder Donald McKay in 1854. This is my restoration and colorization of Australian photographer and maritime painter Allan C. Green´s (1878-1954) photo of his own painting. The original image is in the Victoria State Library archive. The 81 m (LOA) James Baines was a very fast ship - her top speed, 21 kn (39 km/h) was recorded on June 17, 1856.

St James is a small, tranquil church on the outskirts of Oddingley village, surrounded by beautiful Worcestershire countryside. An earlier wooden church was first mentioned in 1288. In the 15th century the wooden construction was replaced with the current stone building, constructed from limestone that was probably quarried nearby. Originally there was no tower, but the wall at the back of the nave was removed and a tower introduced in the 17th century.

The church is the final resting place of many souls, most famously the Reverend Parker, the village parson who was gruesomely murdered nearby in 1806. The hunt for his killer gripped the attention of the nation, but the case remained unsolved for nearly three decades before the truth was, at last, revealed…

I am not sure of the date this photo from the Goshen Historical Society Museum was taken but it shows how the building looked at the beginning of the 20th Century. It was demolished in 1978.

James City, Virginia, renamed Leon, was the site of a Civil War battle in October 1863. It was one of the the few battles where the village inhabitants were caught between the two opposing North and South armies. This abandoned farm property is now being cleaned up as a historic marker, but funding is problematic. The property has multiple buildings including what was once a large home.

Khao Phing Kan (Thai: เขาพิงกัน) or Ko Khao Phing Kan (เกาะเขาพิงกัน) is an island in Thailand, in Phang Nga Bay northeast of Phuket.

About 40 metres (130 ft) from the shores of Khao Phing Kan lies a 20-metre (66 ft) tall islet called Ko Tapu (เกาะตะปู, pronounced [kɔ̀ʔ tapuː]) or Khao Tapu (เขาตะปู [kʰǎw tapuː]).

The islands are limestone tower karsts and are a part of Ao Phang Nga National Park. Since 1974, when it was featured in the James Bond movie The Man with the Golden Gun, Khao Phing Kan has been popularly called James Bond Island.
