Die Anwesenheit des Sperlingskauzes lässt die Singvögel in Rage geraten. Mit lautem Gezeter versuchen sie ihn zu vertreiben und die Mutigsten unter ihnen, setzen sich recht nahe zu ihm hin, wie dieser Zitronenzeisig.
Diese Aufnahme durfte ich auf über 1800 müM machen.
Got my camera back today after 2 weeks. It is like new.
Jager is a great subject.
This is her 3rd week in our home and she is adjusting well.

A focus-stacked long exposure image of Jaggers Clough at the foot of the eastern end of Kinder Scout in Edale.
So I built a Marder III this week, took a while to get the superstructure to my liking, and even now I feel like it needs some improvements. The superstructure is inspired by Erik's, the chassis is mine. The gun does have a limited traverse like the real thing, which I'm happy about because that's the one thing that I simply had to incorporate into the design, just because I thought that would be pretty cool!
The build is my extremely old and not so amazing France build, I am considering scrapping it at this point to build something better, but we'll see.

Plötzlich ging es los - Revierkämpfe bei den Höckerschwänen - einer jagt kopflos den Konkurrenten hinfort. Währenddessen beendet der Haubentaucher seine Jagd erfolgreich.

Mom does not let them run in the flower bed but if they stay on the grass they are good. Despite all ears up only one of these dogs will listen.
Engineering works in the Heaton Lodge area led to a number of diverted engineering trains across the Hope Valley this morning.
Good to see despite removing the foot crossing, Network Rail has left the fence close up to the ballast beyond the footbridge meaning this shot remains. Just a couple of twigs suggesting vegetation is encroaching.

Während ich in Tarnkleidung im Wald sass und eigentlich auf Fuchsbesuch hoffte, segelte der Sperber kaum vier Meter an mir vorbei und setzte sich dann auf diesen Ast.
Leider konnte ich ihn nur durch das Geäst fotografieren bevor er weiter durch den Wald segelte.
