Edgar Allan Poe (born Edgar Poe; January 19, 1809 – October 7, 1849) was an American
author, poet, editor and literary critic, considered part of the American Romantic Movement.
Best known for his tales of mystery and the macabre, Poe was one of the earliest
American practitioners of the short story and is considered the inventor of the detective
fiction genre.
The "Westminster Hall and Burying Ground" is a graveyard and former church in Baltimore, Maryland. Occupying the southeast corner of West Fayette and North Greene Street on the west side of downtown Baltimore, the site is probably most famous as the burial site of Edgar Allan Poe, (1809-1849).
The complex was declared a national historic district in 1974.

John Hancock (January 23, 1737 [O.S. January 12, 1736] – October 8, 1793) was an American merchant, statesman, and prominent Patriot of the American Revolution.
He served as president of the Second Continental Congress and was the first and third Governor of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
He is remembered for his large and stylish signature on the United States Declaration of Independence, so much so that the term "John Hancock" has become a synonym in the United States for one's signature.
