As seen by my iPhone - While on morning walk in Yosemite Lodge, this guy flew in to the bottom of a redwood tree to pick breakfast, close enough for a iPhone shot
It was a misty morning and the sun just coming through the mist, but the web was equally impressive. Taken on iPhone 15 Pro Max at Blakeney Quay, on the North Norfolk coast, in September 2024.
I'm learning to edit images using different applications.
For this one, I've used Pixelmator Pro (#PixelmatorPro), an Apple only software. I also use, from the Pixelmator Team, their RAW editor Photomator. With them, I take the photo as material for image creation.
I'm a beginner at this so, far from being an "artist," yet, I crave creation, happy to imitate or to innovate

It was hard to avoid any women's football as our holiday in early July - every town in Switzerland there were reminders like this one.
This filled the middle of a roundabout in Spiez down from the train station, it was truly large eye catching display.
Well done to the UK Women's Football Team what an excellent result.

How do we call the phenomenon where an object appears closer than in reality because it is juxtaposed to another object? This is what is happening here. The skyscraper is in reality further than in the photo by about 3 kilometres.

Ace is a Mini BerneDoodle. He is just over a year old now. He’s a ball of energy and a lot of fun. He’s wicked smart. Sometimes too smart if you know what I mean….. love him to pieces. This used to be Tank’s chair. But he has arthritis now and can no longer jump up here so Ace has taken it over. That’s Tank at the bottom left of the chair.
