I’ve decided to create a project for this year. This is designed to give me a goal, something to make me get out with a camera, or in this case my smart phone and help with my mental health (shutter therapy)
I have already uploaded a few images, but had not decided on what aspect ratio, style or whether to use black and white or colour.
My subject for this project is the demolition of Crewe’s Bus Station and the building of a new entertainment area (not very exciting).
I will try and take one image a week, the demolition for the buildings will be in 16:9 aspect ratio and processed in a cinematic profile. I have as yet how I will take and edit the images.
Now all of this depends on if the building contractors keep the vehicle entrance and don’t board off the area.
All images will be taken on an iPhone 13 Pro
Processed on an iPad Pro using Lightroom CC

I really must use my iPad Pro instead of a recipe book. I like to download recipes in DropBox. It's much easier than using a book. I think this recipe was the best Fruit Crisp I've ever made!
My first work on the iPad Pro. First impressions very positive. Bigger, faster and more powerful. an ideal tool for artists and illustrators.

More experimentation with colour, textures and apps....oh, my.

This was created on my iPad Pro using the Amaziograph app. It shows many of the various iterations (but not all of them) the mandala went through to get to the final one. I've been learning a lot of new digital tricks--including how to make a sequential video from photos. I hope you enjoy. Stay safe, healthy and creative! Keep learning, too. 😉
Apps used: procreate with some additional processing with psexpress, painteresque and decim8.
This time it was quite a journey to come to the final result. I started drawing some barren landscape on a black background. At some point it was pretty far, but it still lacked something. Then I reversed the colors with psexpress and continued from there. It took a whole day of tough work.
