First picture with a Pentax Q, had to be RooneyDog :)
Really pleased with this tiny camera, it is amazing how small it is, however, it handles well and picture quality seems to be quite good. Hand held iso 1000 no flash.

I really don't know what I'm doing anymore. It seems I can't take a picture to save my life anymore. I don't know if it's the camera or me...probably BOTH!! It's like I CAN'T FOCUS ANYMORE. This was taken in the Spring around Easter. But I've just edited it a bit since it's been on my iPad since then. I believe it's a "Mockingbird" what a perfect bird for me to photography "mocking me"! LOL
~ oh well, thanks for being my soundboard. :)

As you can see, Meep is back on his feet (eating his vegetables). I wanted to share his x-rays before and after surgery, and also a picture of him playing yesterday.
He is currently being fostered by my friend Lisa Arturo, and we're looking for a home for him.
If you would like to adopt him, please contact Lisa (her facebook page: www.facebook.com/lisa.arturo.7)
Other than that, last week I asked all my friends to share Fiona's video (we're celebrating a year since her video had gone viral), and I promised that one person will get an iPad3.
and the winner is: Kerry Glancy from Kingman, Arizona :-)
I really appreciate you all for sharing and for helping Hope For Paws pay for surgeries like Meep's surgery.

For just a minute or two early on a sunny morning, the sunlight hits the corner of the glass panels at just the right angle. It acts like a prism, splitting the light into its component colours. The spectrum can be seen on the carpet in the foreground.
By moving my iPhone carefully across the spectrum, I captured the classic ROYGBIV sequence of colours in the lens flare. Pretty!

iPhone 5 - Images acquired using the camera on an iPhone 5.
Camera - The native Camera app was used with the HDR option.
Diptic - Montage compiled from the 7 individual images. Images panned, zoomed and rotated. Small lighting adjustments applied. Thickness of the borders decreased to "10". "High Res" output generated.

Finally… Snow!! We got about 1-2 inches depending on where you stood, as you can see some piled up a little higher. So when it all finished we had about 2 1/4 inches. No snowman could be made :(
