An iPad case I made for my grandma for Christmas '11. She and my grandpa got an iPad, since they live in an RV part of the year. They love the iPad, and my grandpa, who has never touched a computer before this, has even opened an email account! I guess you *can* teach a grumpy 70 year old new tricks, lol.
I selected both the interior and exterior fabrics, quilted the two together using a diamond quilting pattern I drew, then used the quilted fabric to make the case from. This one velcros shut, with a fake button on the outside. I normally use the button as the actual fastener, but Gran has severe arthritis in her hands, so I went for ease-of-use.

I got an iPad and Dodcase this week. It really has filled in a void in my computing life. I find myself using my main computer (a laptop) much less. Thinking of replacing my laptop with a really nice desktop.
As for the Dodocase, it really is wonderful and as per advertised. The materials and craftsmanship is top notch. The bamboo is carved to exact specifications of the iPad. Only flaws were ones that I already knew going in: longevity of the rubber holders in the corners and the weak spine that props up the iPad at an insufficient angle.

I am selling my ipad as atm I am needing cash more than the ipad.
Its pristine condition and comes with 3 separate cases. One back cover, one slip pouch and one apple brand flip cover.
The ipad is in perfect condition with only one tiny visible mark on the top of the body.
The Ipad also comes with a (removable) batman vinyl on the back.
