When I bought my ipad I couldn't find a cover that I loved so I made this one. It's not perfect (no hole on the back for the camera) but I do love the way it looks and feels and works. I usually use my iphone camera and haven't felt a need for the ipad camera although I prefer to edit my iphone photos on the ipad.

been watching folks hold the ipad...nothing seems very comfortable or natural.

Western Counties Regional Library Public Relation Manager Ian White presents a brand new Apple iPad to Phyllis Woods of Bear River at The Digby Courier office on Nov. 16. Woods, a patron of the Isaiah W. Wilson Memorial Library in Digby, signed on as a library member during Library Card Month in October. She was the grand prize winner of the iPad, provided by sponsor Transcontinental Media. This is what my iPad would do periodically. Seems to fire random touch events without anyone touching the device. Didn't matter what app was running.

 

The folks at the Apple Store were kind enough to exchange the iPad today. I hope the new one works better. :-)
