I got an iPad and Dodcase this week. It really has filled in a void in my computing life. I find myself using my main computer (a laptop) much less. Thinking of replacing my laptop with a really nice desktop.
As for the Dodocase, it really is wonderful and as per advertised. The materials and craftsmanship is top notch. The bamboo is carved to exact specifications of the iPad. Only flaws were ones that I already knew going in: longevity of the rubber holders in the corners and the weak spine that props up the iPad at an insufficient angle.
A lovely ChronicBabe.com reader delightedly asked me to make a custom bag that would fit her iPad and all of her necessary peripherals.
The front of the bag has a zipper pocket on the flap that will permit the user to keep important items quickly at hand.
I used an IPad to make a checker background and then placed the glass on. In post processing, I added grain and over exposed the photo a bit to give it a different look.
