Mo and I have just finished bottling a batch of American IPA which I brewed a week ago. I've learned from my previous two brews and applied some changes to putting this beer together, so here's hoping the end result shows signs of progress. If it works visitors to the house will certainly be served something tasty!

Best IPA aroma I can remember. Great flavour as well, perfect colour.

Meantime IPA - 7.4%. Yes thats a champagne cork and a 750ml champagne bottle. Plenty of carbonation, holds a head well, malty sweetness and nicely balanced hops. I really enjoyed this one and reckon it'd be very nicely enjoyed on a hot afternoon sprawled in a deckchair. 8/10.
