I've been fascinated by some close-up pictures of dandelions that I took in my back yard. I inverted this one, just to see if the effect was as interesting as the vegetation from Jalama Beach. Not quite as dramatic, but I like the colors. It does look like it's glowing from within

One of the prettier presentations at Coi. It had pesto on the bottom, then cherry tomatoes, then a light tomato froth (made with a siphon), a black olive crisp/paper, and some basil micro greens. It was basically a twist on a caprese salad.
