Interview with Moreen Silver, director of Silver Press, during one of her visits to Yemen, during the time she was advisor to the yemeni minister Abdul Karim al eryani for the purpose of establishing diplomatic relations with Spain. Ms. Silver and Dr. Eryani studied together at the University of Georgia and this helped in their mutual interest for Spain and for Yemen and now there are diplomatic relations and embassies in both countries.

All through 6th grade, Matthew has been working with a group to get a reduced speed zone put in front of their school. They've written the mayor's office, testified before the Community Council and Anchorage Assembly meetings, and attended other various functions over the past year.
Friday afternoon, Al Tamagni, president of the Abbott Loop Community Council, called a press conference and asked the kids to come speak about their cause to the media. A Channel 2 News reporter and camera man came and interviewed Al, the students' Social Studies teacher, and two of the students.

We ran into Cullman native and the nation’s oldest living U.S. Marine, Roy Drinkard.
In this interview, Mr. Drinkard covers a wide range of topics including his love for giant sausage fajitas followed up with a Peinhardt fried pie, his donation of a mint condition 1930’s era horse drawn funeral hearse to Peinhardt Living History Farm and the philanthropic work he is currently engaged in on behalf of Troy University.
Last weekend, Mr. Drinkard was honored along with a handful of other military veterans at mid-field during the Trojans football game. Roy engages in a bit of well-earned Troy Trojan trashing talking during this interview as well.
For new residents to Cullman, Roy Drinkard’s endeavors as a businessman, community leader, and philanthropist are well documented. Roy is affectionately known in many circles as ‘Mr. Cullman’.
According to Mr. Drinkard, he has been honored by the Pentagon as the oldest still living Marine. Roy is 96 years young.
He currently acts as president and CEO of Drinkard Development, Inc.
His company provides management, leasing and maintenance services for commercial properties and shopping centers across the southeastern United States. This includes multiple properties in Cullman, including the King Edward Plaza Shopping Center on Second Avenue SW.
