Eine neue Bildgeschichte aus einem meiner Bilder. Ich hoffe, Euch gefällt die Story.

OMG!!! dont you get all heated up and get sweaty palms when you go for an interview?

I recently did an interview with John Klapheke, also known as BrickBuilder7622. Check it out at InnovaLUG's website!

Thanks so much to Xhanthi of Jointed Love for taking an interest in my shop! She’s an extremely talented artist in her own right so I’m very flattered to be interviewed for her blog. I've had the pleasure to work with Xhanthi on several occasions and she’s always a dream. Please check out her blog, if you don't already follow her. It's full of helpful information, gorgeous photos, and on occasion.. some ramblings by me. ^^

If you have the inclination and the time, here is an interview, by way of the internet, that I did with Ron Pare ; an HO Model Builder/Maker from Canada.

[ it took place last march 2017]

It is a rambling "free for all" that gives some insight into the personalities that inhabit the model making community. Ron and I had never met nor talked before this interview, yet we hit it off as if we had been friends for quite some time.

There is a lot of Model Making information, along with personal stories, that fills this hour long, energetic interaction.

It is with some embarrassment, on my part, to hear Ron praise my quirky past time, but we quickly get over that and move into the whys and wherefores of the hobby we both enjoy.

I hope this is enjoyable for all who listen!

Me having an interview for a job as a secretary. First I was to take dictation for the employment contract, then I had to type everything without errors and then I had to print it out and make some copies.

Mein heutiges Vorstellungsgespräch als Sekretärin. Zuerst wurde mir ein Arbeitsvertrag diktiert, dann musste ich diesen abtippen und zuletzt ausdrucken und noch mal Kopien davon anfertigen.

My interview of awesome Ashley Brundage has finally been published in TransLiving International No. 68 now available in hardcopy.

Ashley's portrait was even featured on the cover as a teaser.

Funny - that photo of Ashley and I together (below) demonstrates how I look up to her. Perfect!

See www.transliving.co.uk

TransLiving International is a well established group within the Transgender community with members all over Great Britain and the world.

"Good afternoon folks, I'm Hup Toothree, and welcome to Canadian Football Report, where we kick around current topics, tackle illusive issues, intercept airborne rumors-"

-Are you done?

"-and hand it all off to you, on location at the practice field beside TD Place in Landsdowne Park, home of the Ottawa Redblacks, to speak with running sensation Halfbark Clancy, who has shredded the record books his first two years pro in leading his team to two straight playoff appearances and a thrilling Grey Cup overtime victory to cap his 2016 rookie season, now looking beyond an undefeated pre-season toward the 2018 opener June 21 against Saskatchewan.

Halfbark, how are you feeling?"

Like seven times two minutes of my life just went by that I'll never see again.

"See, indeed. To continue, in spite of your spectacular success on the field, controversy continues to dog you. We've dug up a new list of complaints from your teammates and coaches-"

-And I thought I buried those for good.

"So you've read them?"

You understand I'm a dog?

"Then allow me to get your response to some:

Constantly late for practice and meetings."

So now I have to learn how to tell time? I refer you to my

previous question.

"Never showers after practice or games. Or before. Or ever."

Last I heard it was no crime to lick yourself clean.

"That's disgusting."

I smell cigar smoke, beer, Old Spice and sweat

through every pore of your skin. Clearly, I'm the

disgusting one.

"Ahem, clearly, indeed. Moving on: pees on teammates."

Yup. Every time we're in the huddle I can't help but think:

urine the huddle now!

"Licks sweat off their faces instead of using the water bottles."

They don't WANT me using the water bottles EITHER!

"Wolfs down food during team meals and then jumps onto table and uses puppy-dog eyes to beg scraps from other players."

Geez, you make that sound like a bad thing.

"Shredded the record books. Literally, this time."

Hey, throw me a bone. Everyone down to the ball boy were yapping of my shredding of the record books so when I went to see for myself I found them only slightly dog-eared and didn't want to disappoint them, so...did somebody mention a bone?

"And there's plenty more here. How do you feel overall about these 136 complaints?"

136?! That I'm glad I can't count.

"Count, indeed. One last question: What are the Redblacks'

chances of bringing the Grey Cup back to Ottawa this year?"

I believe that if our special teams perform as expected and

our defence remains aggressive, then with the playbook Coach Campbell has instituted and the entire offence on board, our chances are excellent.

"Wow, I was expecting a real sarcastic answer."

Well, I was expecting a real reporter.

"Thank you for this, Halfbark."

Yip. Now, I swear someone mentioned a bone.

I've been thinking to do some pics and interviews in the style of the i-D magazine "Straight Ups" for some time. Actually if you go to the start of my Flickr - page 6 (you can also have a good old cack at my early stuff and looks like there is some porn - I mean erotic artwork) - you will see some early example or just google "i-D Straight Ups" for examples. What I like about these is firstly you get some nice culture tips, but secondly you find out about people. I've never cared for the "infinite possibilities" of SL - ultimately it's clicking a mouse and playing a bad game or seeing your avi do something. People are the thing that matters here and we seek other people whose company we enjoy. In my job I met so many bizarre and interesting people and it's the same here, yet we judge people by their appearance. Who knew the fat guy in my office had been in bands and liked a lot of the same stuff I did! - we're all an avi but I want to find out about you and let you share little bits of information. If you want to volunteer then that will be ace, though I'm also going to bug people so watch out. The questions will all be simple and more about finding out your thoughts or likes. so it will just be a quick pic and 5 minutes of your time! Pleeeease! Pi said it might be on display at her gaff! Otherwise it will go in the Klub A Gallery!

I recently had the privilege of being interviewed by Randy Fox for American Elegy. I'm very happy to share the interview with you, which was just posted today. You can find it here.

If you're not familiar with American Elegy, be sure to have a look. A lot of my favorite photographers have been featured there and I've also discovered new ones through the site. Randy is bringing his own impressive work to a larger audience with his new blog on The Huffington Post, so it's a pretty exciting time for the site.

Soon it will be uploaded to Mtv's website and I'll post it here. ^^"
