Lets just say that this was an experience. I loved working on this scarf. Getting the hang of this method took a little bit of diligence. But I think the end result shows it was worth it.

The Langdale valley in the Howgills is a geographer's dream. This upper section - East Grain - has interlocking spurs and the lower section - where East and West Grain have merged - has enough water , especially in spate, to cut into the steep hillsides and create its own trench.
