An amazing open floorplan with 2,464 sq. ft. that’s contemporary yet functional. It’s loft-style living in a townhome configuration. There’s a private library (or perhaps a 4th bedroom) and a spacious and highly useable rec room on the 1st level. And when you reach the top of the stairs to the main level it’s an OMG moment that captures everyone’s attention with a dramatic open and we mean OPEN floorplan that allows buyers to have unobstructed views from the front dining room to rear rooftop terrace. A truly modern kitchen with an enormous island and spectacular cabinet wall captivates even those who aren’t a Top Chef.

I-5 Design and Manufacture created a bar and lounge design for the interior of this bowling center. We wanted to create a modern themed environment that still maintained a welcoming feel, with the use of an amber hued color palette and sleek finishes. Clusters of amber pendant lights were suspended from the ceiling, drawing the eye downward to the seating area below. Above the booths we designed a dimensional maze pattern and mica diffuser to be applied to the light fixtures, adding visual interest and tying into the overall color palette.
