La nef et le chœur de la basilique Notre-Dame, 16 Rue De Buade, en face de la Place de l’Hôtel-de-Ville, de Québec, Canada.
Cette église, qui a remplacé la première église de Nouvelle-France, a conservé les lampes du sanctuaire offertes par Louis XIV.
Dans sa crypte reposent les restes de Frontenac, notamment son cœur, même si, peu avant sa mort, en 1698, il avait demandé qu’on l’expédie à son épouse, Anne, demeurée en France. Celle-ci l’avait refusé en disant qu’elle n’avait pas besoin d’un cœur mort qui, vivant, ne lui avait pas appartenu. Tiré du circuit Vieux-Québec secret (VQS).
Fondée au 17e siècle, Québec demeure la seule ville d'Amérique du Nord à avoir conservé ses remparts qui regroupent de nombreux bastions, portes et ouvrages défensifs ceinturant toujours le Vieux-Québec. Celui-ci a été classé au patrimoine mondial de l'UNESCO en 1985 (WHL-300).
