Sao Domingos Church in Lisbon.

The construction of this church began in 1241. In those days it was the largest church in Lisbon. It was damaged by the earthquakes in 1531 and 1755. The church was completely devastated by fire in 1959. After the reconstruction in 1997 it was decided not to restore the original state, but to show the state of destruction inside...

Spaceship Kitiara is new flagship of Spyrius. Main purpose is transport of both machinery and crew and support of smaller spacecraft in space. She can also serve as a small space station. The ship is operated by crew of 15 and there are currently 41 passangers.

The front is equipped with various sensors; main communication antennae and shields generators are on the roof. In the front section are two hangar bays openned to one side and moonbase airlock connector on the other side. Middle section has entrance ramp, crew rooms, cantina and kitchen on port side. On starbord side is bathroom, infirmary, computer workstations and relaxation room with swimming pool. On the rear is engine maintenance room with elevator to the control tower where are pilots and the captain. On the wings are FTL engines and on the hull are main sublight thrusters.

About the build:

Length:155 studs

Width: 76 studs

height: 45 bricks

Originally I planned to do this SHIP for Shiptember 2019 but one month was way too short. Since my last ship was 130 studs long, I wanted to make this one bigger. Also I wanted to feature asymetric design, spaceous open hangar bay with rised catwalk, full interier with bar/restaurant. I was playing with the shape for a while when finally this long design with two hangar bays, glass bubble and a control tower came up on my paper.

Main structure is from technic beams which make the ship very sturdy but it cannot be separated in smaller parts. Smaller technic frame is also in the middle part supporting the side rooms.

Interior is fuly furnished and almost fully accessible (both for human and figs, except the control tower, which has fake elevator for figs). Most of the roofs and also the rooms in second floor can be removed to access the lower deck.

There are currently all my space figs (cca 50+) and there is still some room left for more.

Yesterday, I stopped off for a quick shot at a church I had not shot before. I never made it to my original destination. But I did get some great shots, Chinese Buffet lunch, and met two new friends. Read about it and see some of my favorite images at outofchicago.com/photographing-st-mary-of-the-angels-church/

🇬🇧 I developed this racer before the holidays and because I developed a completely new wheel suspension for it, including steering the front axle, I had a hard time saying goodbye to the work done. I finally finished the car this weekend so I can introduce you to the "Fresh" Quattro Formaggi / 14-wide Lego MOC. The front hood hides the front axle steering system, which is coupled by a cardan shaft to a lever in the rear. The rear suspension is independent. The opening door fits exactly and copies the aerodynamic shape of the bonnet, which widens slightly at the rear. Lots of beautiful details are included in the interior, including the roll cage, pedals and levers for sequential shifting and the handbrake. I love this car, so may you like it!

so didnt add much just the roof and a little of the interier (not pictured) please please put notes where i can improve.. the roof is still being worked on it is detachible.

Hagia Sophia (from the Greek: Ἁγία Σοφία, "Holy Wisdom"; Latin: Sancta Sophia or Sancta Sapientia; Turkish: Ayasofya) is a former Greek Orthodox patriarchal basilica (church), later an imperial mosque, and now a museum (Ayasofya Müzesi) in Istanbul, Turkey. From the date of its construction in 537 until 1453, it served as an Eastern Orthodox cathedral and seat of the Patriarchate of Constantinople, except between 1204 and 1261, when it was converted to a Roman Catholic cathedral under the Latin Empire. The building was a mosque from 29 May 1453 until 1931. It was then secularized and opened as a museum on 1 February 1935.

Dome in one of mausoleums in Shah-i-Zinda (Uzbek: Shohizinda; Persian: شاه زنده‎‎, meaning "The Living King") necropolis in the north-eastern part of Samarkand, Uzbekistan.

The Shah-i-Zinda Ensemble includes mausoleums and other ritual buildings of 9-14th and 19th centuries. The name Shah-i-Zinda (meaning "The living king") is connected with the legend that Kusam ibn Abbas, the cousin of the prophet Muhammad was buried there. As if he came to Samarkand with the Arab invasion in the 7th century to preach Islam. Popular legends speak that he was beheaded for his faith. But he took his head and went into the deep well (Garden of Paradise), where he's still living now.
