Traditional instruments reside in a pavilion outside David York's* home in Southeast Asia. Once a week, local Christians gather to beat out rhythms on these instruments, creating traditional melodies which they set to lyrics derived from Scripture.

For the duration of the 2017-2018 Measurements of Aerosols, Radiation, and Clouds over the Southern Ocean (MARCUS) field campaign, the Australian icebreaker Aurora Australis carried the second ARM Mobile Facility (AMF2). ARM instruments such as the total sky imager (TSI, left) and ceilometer (CEIL) measured variability in aerosol and cloud properties over the Southern Ocean.

Cases full of scientific instruments of various kinds. The one frustration of the tour was that, even though it was an hour long, there was so much on display that there simply wasn't the time to get good looks at it all.
