Got the sub floor installed in just 2 pieces. Glad I kept some extra wood because little did I know at the time I was going to run into a problem with the floor.
I used 1/2 inch thick plywood. I used 1 1/2" stainless steel carriage bolts in the places I could reach under the van to thread a lock nut on. For the other places I used 1 1/2" self-tapping sheet metal screws. Not my first choice, as I was worried about hitting the fuel lines or exhaust system. It turned out just fine though.

It wasn't as hard as I thought. Hold the mouse button when you switch on and the drive will eject then cycle the power holding the 'C' key to boot from cd.
