This is a chicken lo mein that I bought at the market. It comes in a bag, you throw it in a pot and PRESTO-lunch! I'm in no position to argue with this sub-par cuisine, it's hot, I've been attacked by mosquitoes AGAIN, and I'm hungry. For those of you that are wondering......Atkins starts after my birthday!
