The inspiration for this shot. I know, not very close.
You might've seen these gals before. They're pretty much carbon copies of the Korai from the Erechtheon on the Athenian Acropolis. If you've got an imaginative mind, you could probably consider that they were the insipiration for the Fates in Disney's Hercules.
You can also see one of the Silenuses on the side. You can tell it's a slienus because it's lost its arms.

The sides are shaved, while the rest are textured. Should have left a few strands on the sides. I like how she did my sideburns though. 40 USD, twice of what I would pay Erin. But this is one of the cheapest I can find. Tempted to color my hair. Starting at 60 USD. Ouch!

We designed the pommel out of Technic bricks with some of the interesting specialty parts from a couple of Bionicle sets. I'm pretty happy with the tongue. The nose is an "engine block" part from a Technics Mobile Crane set. The insipiration for this particular part of the object actually came when I noticed that those parts, whatever you call them, would make perfect ears.
What can I say? You are the most kind, down to earth and amazing guy ever. You never disappoint us and you showed us that TRUE LOVE does exist. I wish you a happy birthday because you deserve it :)

On our way to Insipiration peak I stoped down at the entrance to the park. The road appears to go on forever and then disappear into the trees. The flaming red leaves of the sumac were a welcome addition to the photo. We quickly made our way to the begining of the trail. This is a 3 shot exposure HDR. Shot on tripod with IR remote. Bracketed using aperture priority mode at -2,0,+2 EV steps.

I used a jack or lantern die by QuikCutz and papers by DCWV, plus scraps from my scrap pile (which is bigger than my regular stash..lol) for this Halloween card. The sentiments are by Studio G and another set that I'm not sure of. The Boo sentiment was part of a 3 word sentiment but I masked off the rest of the saying and stamped just the BOO. I got this scrap of burlap ribbon from my mom as well as this little star brad. My 5 year old is going to send this to her cousin.
