I saw this fly bumping in to the bee to make it move but to no avail lol

second one I've caught cleaning in flight.

last flying insect today I swear at least this one has a flower with it

probably my cleanest bee in flight

anyone know what this bug is

not used to doing macro but this is not bad for no flash. I've always admired you macro heads. This dude was sittingon a fence in hertfordshire not a clue what it is

I watched this large hornet fly in to a spiders web storage area where the spider had placed it's latest catch then pull it from up behind the flower chew it's abdomen and then pull it away. The spider was about the same size but made no attempt to get it's catch back. What you see here is the stretching of the body pull just before flying away. This whole thing took about a minute from start to finish.
