This is a photograph from the 4th annual running the East of Ireland Marathons Staplestown Marathon, Half Marathon and 10KM road races which were held in the village of Staplestown, Donadea, Naas, Co. Kildare, Ireland on Saturday 23rd January 2016 at 09:00. The event is organised by East of Ireland Marathons with local support and input. The races all started and ended in the village of Staplestown which is about 2 miles from the entrance to Donadea Forest Park. All races were held on the same loop of approximately 10KM in distance where the marathon runners covered 4 loops plus a short out and back section, half marathoner covered 2 loops and some out and back and the 10KM runners simply completed the full loop. The loop is well known to local runners as it connects the village of Staplestown with the larger village of Properous, Co. Kildare. As mentioned above we take these photographs as a hobby and as a voluntary contribution to the running community in Ireland. Very often we have actually ran in the same race and then switched to photographer mode after we finished the race. Consequently, we feel that we have no obligations to capture a photograph of every participant in the race. However, we do try our very best to capture as many participants as possible. But this is sometimes not possible for a variety of reasons:
►You were hidden behind another participant as you passed our camera
►Weather or lighting conditions meant that we had some photographs with blurry content which we did not upload to our Flickr set
►There were too many people - some races attract thousands of participants and as amateur photographs we cannot hope to capture photographs of everyone
►We simply missed you - sorry about that - we did our best!
You can email us petermooney78 AT gmail DOT com to enquire if we have a photograph of you which didn't make the final Flickr selection for the race. But we cannot promise that there will be photograph there. I can't figure out how to put these identical watercolors side by side for comparison. I would like your opinion on the color of the frames and does the painting more justice. The other Lighthouse is #11 in this photo stream. Thanks ya all!

Weather conditions were very cold as a night frost brought ground temperatures down to well below zero degrees celsius.

The final outcome of my final project at CIID. An modular system to try out and experience different combinations of input and output
The winning submission by Team Osogato. Hacked the badge into a line level meter, which takes in audio input from any source and displays the level on the LED matrix. The team also worked with The Brothers Grimm to create a rap song based on my DC15 badge poem. Absolutely amazing!
The central idea of my final series was to provide a visual representation of relationships between best friends with the input of modern technology and social media. Nowadays, teens don’t understand the extent of their addiction to their phones and social media, and they often don’t realize how easy it is for technology to ruin the relationships with the people closest to them. This series highlights the damage that can be caused while following the story of two teenage girls.
As the pictures progress throughout the series, two best friends separate a little bit more each time and the lighting in each picture gets a little darker. The first picture is of two best friends posting a selfie. At this point they are very close and express happiness on their faces. The next picture is of the same best friends sitting in two chairs posting each other on their socials. They still seem happy. By the third picture, the two are so caught up in their phones that they aren’t even facing each other anymore. The lighting in the picture has gotten significantly darker. The fourth picture represents the damage from a misinterpreted text message or a rude subtweet that has lead to the two girls completely ignoring each other. They are almost completely dark at this point. The final picture is of a simple scene with only two chairs facing separate directions. The girls have left the picture representing the end to their relationship with the effects from social media. This series uses unique lighting that differs in each photograph as well as the common principle of balance (both symmetrical and asymmetrical) for a clean design.
Six axes of encoder inputs from the PUMA 280 robot arm connected to the stack of three RobotEQ MDC2250C controllers. A proper wiring harness needs to be built with the Molex Microfit 3.0, model 43645 used on the controllers.
Virginia Beach is home to beginner, intermediate, and professional level skateboarders and bike riders who are passionate about their sport. The community's input was crucial in the development of this skate park, which began construction in September 2020.
As you enter from the parking lot into the main entrance, the skate park experience begins in the lower level of this 30,000-square foot skate park. This level features a well-rounded mix of transitional and street elements. The street course area contains features like custom ledges, rails, hips, wall rides, an A-frame ledge, and a long-curved transition wall catering to all skill levels and disciplines of riders. This area is highly visible and includes shade structures for viewing and resting, as well as native plantings. You can also access the back area of this level and the upper-level street course using the connector sidewalk, without crossing the rideable area and interrupting the users.
ADA compliant access and stairs provide access to the upper level of the park. The upper level is wide open for warming up, flat skating, and performing technical tricks. This level features unique skateable art pieces, a bank to ledge, a china bank with hip, and varying flat ledge and flat rail setups. There is an additional entrance to this level and the snake run and bowl areas as you enter from the north side of the parking lot via sidewalk and stairs.
During this two-year project, HRSD and Virginia Beach Parks & Recreation renovated Woodstock Park, including the pavilions, parking, park restroom, and playground as well as building a cutting-edge skate facility for all skill levels on top of a 5.2 million gallon offline wet weather storage tank. The partnership also allows VBPR to carry out significant park renovations simultaneously and share the costs with HRSD, ultimately saving taxpayer dollars.

These were the back connections on my old TV, which died tonight. Then are the bare minimum I need in a new, modern TV as I urgently shop tomorrow: 2 RCA Yellow/White/Red inputs, one RCA set of output jacks to my equally old stereo equipment, plus one coaxial input. Don't really care about the S-Video jack.

This simple technology catches the methane produced from decomposing cow dung and provides gas for cooking, along with a nutrient-rich slurry that makes an excellent fertilizer for crops.

As mentioned above we take these photographs as a hobby and as a voluntary contribution to the running community in Ireland. Very often we have actually ran in the same race and then switched to photographer mode after we finished the race. Consequently, we feel that we have no obligations to capture a photograph of every participant in the race. However, we do try our very best to capture as many participants as possible. But this is sometimes not possible for a variety of reasons:
►You were hidden behind another participant as you passed our camera
►Weather or lighting conditions meant that we had some photographs with blurry content which we did not upload to our Flickr set
►There were too many people - some races attract thousands of participants and as amateur photographs we cannot hope to capture photographs of everyone
►We simply missed you - sorry about that - we did our best!
You can email us petermooney78 AT gmail DOT com to enquire if we have a photograph of you which didn't make the final Flickr selection for the race. But we cannot promise that there will be photograph there. As alternatives we advise you to contact the race organisers to enquire if there were (1) other photographs taking photographs at the race event or if (2) there were professional commercial sports photographers taking photographs which might have some photographs of you available for purchase. Held at WIPO headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland, on November 1, 2022, the event highlighted the potential of using intellectual property and other intangible assets to support finance, and served as an initial step towards building an international community focused on intangible asset finance. It featured expert panels, an interactive workshop, as well as networking opportunities among participants including business leaders, intellectual property and finance experts, from both public and private sectors.

This is a photograph from the 5th annual running the East of Ireland Marathons Staplestown Marathon and Half Marathon road races which were held in the village of Staplestown, Donadea, Naas, Co. Kildare, Ireland on Saturday 21st January 2017 at 09:00. The event is organised by East of Ireland Marathons with local support and input. The races all started and ended in the village of Staplestown which is about 2 miles from the entrance to Donadea Forest Park. All races were held on the same loop of approximately 10KM in distance where the marathon runners covered 4 loops plus a short out and back sections. The half marathoners covered 2 loops and some out and back. The loop is well known to local runners as it connects the village of Staplestown with the larger village of Properous, Co. Kildare. Weather conditions were very cold as a night frost brought ground temperatures down to well below zero degrees celsius.
