The Form 2 mid-print. The image is orange because of the printer's lid -- it blocks out 405nm light which causes the plastic to harden.
Typical filament based printers draw upward while running rings. Stereolithography kinda draws backwards, starting in a resin pool and moving the draw surface up.

A lumen print is a photographic image made without the use of camera by using a black and white paper and exposing an organic material like a plant covered with glass under the sun or any form of light. Many thanks for my Flickr friend Susan for giving the idea of using a picture frame in doing this fun and creative process.

I started a quilt with some old star blocks I had begun and never finished many years ago. (That has been my 2014 project - to complete several unfinished projects that have accumulated over the years, including finishing quilts.)
It was a challenge to start with fabrics and colors I had chosen long ago and construct something that suits me today. It was more difficult than I thought it would be, and I think I have done as much ripping as sewing on this project, hah! The purple here has been removed entirely, to be included in another quilt already in the works... The final patchwork quilt top from this "core" is now done, and I am ready to finish the quilt and begin working through the multitude of ideas seeded in the process...

Draculaura's faceup is glazed and sealed! I'm really in love with her hair. It looks so lustrous in person. My iPhone's crappy camera doesn't do it justice.

A scarf for an upcoming show in mid tying. This scarf measures 14" x 60" when not tyed up. I have took a picture of it in mid tying just to record the process I am using on it. I have just finished tying it all up and after some 1300 knots it now measures ~2.5" x 14". Now to dye the third color. Oh, the blue circles are not part of the final design, they are in a fugitive ink that will wash out as soon as I presoak the scarf before the next dyeing. They are only a guide for the tyeing I did.
