Berlingo 110 XTR injector retaining eyelet split in two. The retaining bolts have a habit of coming loose and checking for tightness is apparently not part of Mr Citroen's maintenance regime. Unlike at chez Peugeot, Ford etc etc.
It's not a generic part either so probably best to source a replacement before you have to at the roadside. Happily this didn't happen at the roadside - hence the narrowness of the squeak.
As an aside I'm not sure what circumstance the opposite, a 'broad squeak' is meant to cover.
The pump is now all refitted after being checked over and repaired.
This pump is a spare one which was part of a consignment of parts that came with the lorry.
The pump had been reconditioned in 1967 with all new plungers, delivery valves and bearings. Due to standing around for many years, it needed a bit of attention. All calibrated now and ready for action.

all i need is to replace the injectors and my fuel pump and it should paass emissions then all i need is to paint my fender my trunk and my driver side door! then put it all back together
Injected meat with Ken's Italian Dressing and seasoned with Texjoy Steak Seasoning. It came out so freaking delicious.
Cleaning Toyota Aygo Injectors, the manual way. Followed this guide: www.youtube.com/watch?v=rLuAVhVp44Y . Used brake cleaner as a solvent.
Spray pattern of 1 injector was not optimal. Solved after cleaning!
