Whenever I feel down, I go back and check my photographic archives! Browsing photographs I have taken personally makes me feel great specially when the person in the photo is someone that I really like.
How lovely to see some photos of my best teacher ever (Dr. Brian C. O'Connor). Your going to celebrate your Birthday this month ... Wahhooo ... I'm so happy for you and at the same time I will miss being one of the people who usually be there in your birthday celebration. I have mixed feelings while writing the description of this photo. Last but not least, “Education is the key to success in life, and teachers make a lasting impact in the lives of their students.” ~ Solomon Ortiz.

Description: Transversal section of the C5 vertebra. A – Original CT image; B – Segmented CT image by global thresholding. The computed tomography image of the C5 vertebra (transversal section) possesses, both, a high spatial resolution and soft-hard tissue contrast, revealing several relevant anatomical information. Such image characterisitics are critical to extract, in a accurate manner, the geometric locus of the anatomical structure with advanced image processing techniques
