The increasing population of Manchester was leading to demands for a second church, in addition to the Collegiate Church (now the Cathedral). The Collegiate Church had become the centre of the High Church party, openly supporting the Jacobite cause. Lady Ann Bland supported the Whigs and helped them found St Ann's Church, providing most of the money. The church, consecrated in July 1712, was dedicated to St Ann, the Mother of the Virgin Mary - an apt name since it honoured both the benefactor and the reigning monarch, Queen Anne, who had granted an Act of Parliament to establish the church.

(May 31, 2014) -- Over 100 volunteers (including Karen and her daughter Hailey) participated in the wildflower planting event held by Friends of the Rouge Watershed & TELUS in honour of TELUS' Day of Giving. Native wildflowers were planted in the Rouge Watershed, designed to increase pollinator habitat within our City Parks.

We made our annual trip to London in November. We travel down by coach from Slaithwaite and stay at The Cumberland Hotel at Marble Arch. It’s actually a weekend ladies shopping trip that is run as a fundraiser for Slaithwaite Brass Band – I’m the only bloke that goes every year! We decided ( the two of us) to stay down in London until Thursday this time as we wanted to see weekday London and be able to explore a bit further afield on foot. We covered up to 16 miles a day, which is tough going on crowded pavements with hundreds of busy roads to cross. I photographed anything that looked interesting but I bent a contact in the CF card slot, fortunately I had quite a few SD cards with me and the 5D has dual slots so I was able to carry on using it. It’s currently at Lehmann’s getting fixed.

With it being close to Christmas the decorations are up everywhere so there was plenty of colour at night. In Hyde Park the Winter Wonderland was in full swing, we’ve never bothered going to it before but I went twice at night this time. It is massive this year, I couldn’t get over how big it is and the quality of some of the attractions. The cost and effort involved must be phenomenal – it was quite expensive though. It was very difficult to photograph, with extremes of light (LED’s) and darkness and fast moving rides into the bargain. I think I have some decent usable stuff but at the time of writing I am only part way through the editing process so I don’t know for sure.

We set off at around 8.15 am every day and stayed out for at least 12 hours. The weather was poor for a day and a half with drizzle and very dull grey conditions, fortunately we had some pleasant weather (and light) along the way as well. Being based at the end of Oxford Street – Europe’s busiest shopping street – meant that I did quite a bit of night shooting on there. Although I carried a tripod everywhere I only used it once and that was during the day! Because there is always a moving element in almost every shot it seemed pointless using a tripod. I would have got some shots free of movement – or I could have gone for ultra-long exposures to eliminate people and traffic but it would have been problematic I felt. In the end I wound the ISO up and hand held – fingers crossed.

We walked out to Camden Market and Locks but it had been raining and we were a bit early as many were only just setting up for the day. We tried to follow routes that we hadn’t used before and visit new places. We paid a fortune to get in St Pauls but you can’t use cameras. This something that I fail to see the point of, ban flash if you want but if you are going to encourage tourism why ban cameras when there is nothing in particular happening in there. It’s a rule that seems to be applied arbitrarily in cities around the world. Fortunately we could take photos from the outside of the dome, which was real reason for visiting, and we had some great light. Expensive compared with a couple of euros in some famous cathedrals. I’ve wanted to walk to Canary Wharf for a number of years and this year we did. We crisscrossed the Thames a few times and tried to follow the Thames path at other times. We covered around ten miles but it was an interesting day. It was also very quiet for the last four or five miles. We got there about 12.00 and managed to get a sandwich in a café in the shopping centre at the foot of the high rise office blocks before tens of thousands of office workers descended from above. It was mayhem, packed, with snaking queues for anywhere that sold food. We crossed to the other side of The Isle of Dogs and looked across to the O2 Arena and the cable car, unfortunately there isn’t a way across for pedestrians and it was around 3.00 pm. With darkness falling at around 4.30 we decide it was too late to bother. We made our way back to the Thames Clipper pier to check the sailing times. They sail every twenty minutes so we had a couple of glasses of wine and a rest before catching the Clipper. Sailing on the Thames was a first in 15 trips to London. The Clipper is fast and smooth, the lights had come on in the city and there was a fantastic moon rise. It was nigh on impossible to get good shots at the speed we were traveling though and there were times that I wished I could be suspended motionless above the boat. Again, hopefully I will have some usable shots.

We felt that the shopping streets were a little quieter, following the Paris massacre it was to be expected, I might be wrong as we were out and about at later times than previous trips. I think I have heard that footfall is down though. It was good to get into some of the quieter backstreets and conversely to be stuck in the city business district – The Square Mile- at home time. A mass exodus of people running and speed walking to bus stops and the rail and tube stations. It was difficult to move against or across the flow of bodies rushing home.

Whilst the Northern(manufacturing) economy is collapsing, London is a giant development site, it must be the tower crane capital of Europe at the moment. It was difficult to take a shot of any landmark free of cranes, it was easier to make the cranes a feature of the photo. It’s easy to see where the wealth is concentrated – not that there was ever any doubt about it. The morons with too much money are still driving their Lambo’s and Ferraris etc. like clowns in streets that are packed with cars , cyclists and pedestrians, accelerating viciously and noisily for 50 yards. They are just sad attention seekers. From Battersea to Canary Wharf we walked the Thames Embankment, the difference between high and low tide on the river is massive, but the water was the colour of mud – brown! Not very attractive in colour. We caught a Virgin Train from Kings Cross for £14.00 each – a bargain!. We had quite a bit of time to kill around midday at Kings Cross so I checked with security that I was OK to wander around taking photos, without fear of getting jumped by armed security, and set off to photograph the station and St Pancras International Station across the road. I haven’t even looked at the results as I type this but I’ll find out if they are any good shortly. Talking of security, following Paris, there was certainly plenty of private security at most attractions, I don’t know if it was terrorism related though, I can’t say I noticed an increased police presence on the streets. It took us three hours and five minutes from Kings Cross to being back home, not bad for a journey of 200 miles. I can’t imagine that spending countless billions on HS2 or HS3 is going to make a meaningful (cost effective) difference to our journey. Improving what we have, a little faster, would be good. There are some bumpy bits along the route for a mainline and Wakefield to Huddersfield is the equivalent of a cart track – and takes over 30 minutes – it’s only a stone’s throw. Time to get back to editing.

This is a photograph from the 3rd annual running of the Trim AC 10 Mile Road Race and Fun Run which was held in Trim, Co. Meath, Ireland on Sunday 5th February 2017 at 12:00. The race attracted over 1,200 participants which shows a 100% increase on last year's participation. The event shows growth year on year mirroring the growing popularity of the race. The race started on the Trim/Athboy road on the town's ring road and proceded to take an anti-clockwise loop out towards the village of Dunderry and townland of Kilbride before returning back to the Trim Industrial Estate for the finish. The route is held on quiet country roads with some hills at 3, 6, 8 mile segments.

The weather for this year's race was perfect for racing. There was a hard frost overnight but this brought clear bright skies and crisp air. There was no real wind to speak of.

Waterstops were provided at the 4.5 and 7 mile marks on the course. All access roads were well stewarded. The event was sponsored by Bewleys 1840 and many local business establishments. Credit must go to the Trim AC team for their flawless organisation. If the first three years of this year are anything to go on then this race will continue to grow. For runners around the North Leinster area this 10 mile race serves as a perfect training progress stepping stone to the Bohermeen Half Marathon which will take place in March 2016 and is located only 15 minutes drive from Trim.

Let's get a bit technical: We use Creative Commons Licensing for these photographs

We use the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike License for all our photographs here in this photograph set. What does this mean in reality?

The explaination is very simple.

Attribution- anyone using our photographs gives us an appropriate credit for it. This ensures that people aren't taking our photographs and passing them off as their own. This usually just mean putting a link to our photographs somewhere on your website, blog, or Facebook where other people can see it.

ShareAlike – anyone can use these photographs, and make changes if they like, or incorporate them into a bigger project, but they must make those changes available back to the community under the same terms.

Above all what Creative Commons aims to do is to encourage creative sharing. See some examples of Creative Commons photographs on Flickr: www.flickr.com/creativecommons/

I ran in the race - but my photograph doesn't appear here in your Flickr set! What gives?

As mentioned above we take these photographs as a hobby and as a voluntary contribution to the running community in Ireland. Very often we have actually ran in the same race and then switched to photographer mode after we finished the race. Consequently, we feel that we have no obligations to capture a photograph of every participant in the race. However, we do try our very best to capture as many participants as possible. But this is sometimes not possible for a variety of reasons:

►You were hidden behind another participant as you passed our camera

►Weather or lighting conditions meant that we had some photographs with blurry content which we did not upload to our Flickr set

►There were too many people - some races attract thousands of participants and as amateur photographs we cannot hope to capture photographs of everyone

►We simply missed you - sorry about that - we did our best!

You can email us petermooney78 AT gmail DOT com to enquire if we have a photograph of you which didn't make the final Flickr selection for the race. But we cannot promise that there will be photograph there. As alternatives we advise you to contact the race organisers to enquire if there were (1) other photographs taking photographs at the race event or if (2) there were professional commercial sports photographers taking photographs which might have some photographs of you available for purchase. You might find some links for further information above.

Don't like your photograph here?

That's OK! We understand!

If, for any reason, you are not happy or comfortable with your picture appearing here in this photoset on Flickr then please email us at petermooney78 AT gmail DOT com and we will remove it as soon as possible. We give careful consideration to each photograph before uploading.

Almost full moon - contrast increased in post

This Orlit 'A' Post is mostly buried by sand and is inaccessible.

Experience from WWII identified that there would be a need for increased protection from enemy aircraft if the UK was ever faced with the prospect of being at war again. Although the ROC was finding that aircraft monitoring was becoming increasingly difficult to plot with the development of new faster aircraft, new aircraft monitoring posts were developed to assist observers to monitor aircraft.

The idea for these new posts originated in 1947, however it was only during 1951/52 as part of the programme to update the air defences through the Rotor Plan that more substantial buildings were built to offer at least some level of protection from the elements or attack. Although some of these new structures were built of brick, many sites received pre-cast concrete panelled structures known as Orlit Posts, after the manufacturers of the structures Messrs Orlit Ltd.

These Orlit structures were split into two sections. The entrance door led into the smaller roofed section which was used as a shelter and store with a sliding door into the open section which housed the post instrument and chart on top of a wooden mounting. There were two types of Orlit posts, the Orlit 'A' was at ground level and the Orlit 'B' was raised 6 ft on four legs with a ladder for access.

Increase your SALES with ZoomCharts!

ZoomCharts had an excellent time participating in the TechHub Rīga March Meetup on March 12, 2015, taking place at Kaļķu street 12/14, Rīga, LV-1050, Latvia.

ZoomCharts CEO and Co-Founder Janis Volbergs gave an engaging presentation on the startup path from idea, to market, to investment, and what it takes to build a product from the ground up and take it to a new level.

How did it all start?

A problem was spotted. There were no visualization libraries delivering truly interactive charts for touch enabled devices that were capable of working with big data.

And so the idea emerged. This was the right time to build such a library.

Why?

Because touch screen displays will become a $31.9 billion dollar market by 2018. Smart mobile sensor devices were used by 1.75 billion people in 2014. The Big Data market will grow exponentially (from $8.8 billion in 2013), to $48 billion in 2018. HTML5 adoption is wide enough and touch enabled devices are powerful enough to generate interactive visualizations.

The ingredients for a successful startup include:

1. A grand vision. ZoomCharts’ vision is to become the number one SDK for interactive chart development in web and mobile apps.

2. A realistic plan for execution and getting your vision implemented.

Increase C. Bosworth House in the Dundee Township Historic District in West Dundee (c. 1845, remodeled c. 1885). He was one of Dundee's first merchants and land speculators, arriving in 1838. The first Bosworth store was probably built on this site. Bosworth's farm outside of town later became the Country Tea Room. Bosworth was also president of the First National Bank in Elgin. He was on the board of trustees at the University of Chicago and the Northern Hospital for the Insane. He was an Alderman and Supervisor in Elgin.

The arrest by police of a demonstrator which led to violence in Trafalgar Square.

Following the previous anti increase in tuition fees demonstration (24/11/2010), where approximately 3-4000 demonstrators were kettled in Whitehall, students were determined to avoid a repeat of being contained.

As soon as students left Trafalgar Square to head down Whitehall they were met by a line of police, doubled back to head towards Parliament via the Mall and Horse Guards. Finding that they were unable to get near to Parliament, they continued a non stop high speed run/jog/fast walk through London for several hours, while police attempted to control the marchers. As groups or marchers tired or took different directions, the students broke into smaller groups. While the march led to disruption and road closures across London, apart from the occasional minor clash with police, the march remained peaceful.

Eventually about 2000 of the students returned to Trafalgar Square, where they were held in a semi-kettle. Large groups of students were unable to exit the square, however students were able to leave the area in ones and twos in certain directions. The police wanted the students to disperse.

Violence started half way through the afternoon after police made an arrest amongst the volatile but peaceful protesters. Immediately after the arrest, police lines were attacked, with violence continuing into the evening. The base of Nelsons column was covered with graffiti, and windows in Tesco's supermarket and Waterstones book shop smashed. Eventually the police tightly kettled and held the last 200 protesters who did not disperse.

Increasing female labor participation not only economically and politically empowers women, it also has the potential to substantially increase economic productivity. This is an especially critical issue in Japan where getting more women into the workforce could result in GDP gains of up to 13 percent and help to offset losses caused by the country’s demographic decline. Cooperation and coordination between Japan and the United States could also help to economically empower women elsewhere around the world, especially in developing countries where the potential economic gains are most significant. While increased female labor participation presents a significant opportunity, the structural and social hurdles are enormous – and it is not clear that policy initiatives currently underway in Japan and elsewhere can surmount them. Are you presently experiencing chest pain regularly? Would it increase while resting? Would it occur after eating? What is the real bitter aftertaste inside your mouth? Will you experience frequent hoarseness? These are typically all symptoms linked to acid reflux, and you will find relief in this article.

Try drinking somewhere between meals as an alternative to during them. This will significantly allow you to manage hunger pains, as you are likely thirsty as an alternative to hungry. Also, when you drink beyond eating times, you'll find your stomach doesn't get as distended if you eat and acid doesn't pass back into the esophagus.

Record the types of foods that appear to trigger acid reflux symptoms. Folks who suffer from acid reflux have triggers that can make things worse. When you are aware anything they are, you can test to protect yourself from them, especially through the night.

Chew cinnamon flavored gum as soon as you eat. When chewing happens, the level of saliva made in the mouth increases. Saliva aids the neutralization of stomach acid. Also, when chewing gum, more swallowing occurs, making acid go back down in the stomach on the esophagus. Fruit-flavored gum will do this too. Will not, however, chew gum with mint inside. Mint may actually cause acid reflux, to you need to be making things worse.

Eat your meals slowly. Give up eating prior to feel stuffed. Relax, sit upright at the table and chew your meals thoroughly. Acid reflux will get much worse if you overeat or eat too rapidly. One trick to alleviate several of your issues is usually to place your fork in your plate in between each bite.

Don't wear tight clothing. Tight belts, slimming underclothing, and restrictive waistbands are typical suspect. These sorts of garments put pressure in your digestive area that you just don't need or want. This pressure might cause heartburn and reflux. Always wear garments you see comfortable and which let your midsection breathe.

Eat smaller meals frequently. Eating just a few big meals daily can certainly make acid reflux worse. Full stomachs cause pressure being added to the esophageal sphincter, which in turn opens as a technique of gaining relief. This gives stomach acid to creep into the esophagus, causing heartburn. Eat smaller, more frequent meals instead.

No, it is not necessarily a stroke. There is no need the flu, plus your food is not actually causing you to feel ill. You're aware it's acid reflux you could treat employing this article. Remember to make necessary changes and feel healthy again. www.prweb.com/releases/XLR-Cable/Quality-Microphone-Cable...

As corporations expand into international markets, they are facing an ever-increasing risk of losing intellectual property and trade secrets. In many cases, foreign intelligence services of China or Russia have infiltrated these enterprises, exploiting cyber vulnerabilities to collect sensitive US corporate economic and technology information. When these countries succeed in placing insider threats within an organization or corporate networks, they can threaten not just assets but also reputation, commercial and military competitive advantage and financial viability. According to the Obama Administration, the Chinese are most interested in stealing the secrets – or “crown jewels” -- that every company bets their business on and strives to protect. These exploitations cost the US economy $250 billion annually and companies with large or growing international presence are aggressively working to manage this risk. Questions addressed: What technologies are available to counter this threat? How is this affecting the global supply chain? Is this not only an economic challenge -- but also one of national sec rity -- because it impacts US defense systems? Where are companies who operate overseas most at risk? Will companies start taking on defense measures on their own and what are those implications?

3. (Most importantly) A team, able to see the grand vision and execute the plan.

ZoomCharts started small, but focused. A vision was set, a core team of professionals was assembled, and a detailed business plan was derived, which led to a €200,000 seed investment.

The product was created in less than a year, and launched public downloads and a shop in March 2014.

To accommodate an increase in employees and production, Suzy’s Cheesecakes decided it was time to move to a bigger building. They carefully considered over 100 other buildings and sites before committing to a vacant industrial property located in Oak Creek, conveniently situated and with expansive space, but in need of many retrofits to suit their business. Consolidated worked with Suzy’s to tailor a build-out with production, cooler and freezer space, state of the art equipment, mezzanine, and ample office and dock space. Now with their 44,000 square foot building they have quadrupled their baking, freezing and storage capacity.

“Consolidated led us through the process of remodeling an existing facility to be the site of our new headquarters. While we were working within the parameters of an existing building shell, their design incorporated all the cooler, freezer, production and finished product areas that we needed, as well as room to grow. Our schedule had a “no excuses” occupancy deadline, and Jeremy and Curt kept things running smoothly to hit our target. Even our subcontractors have told me what a smooth project this was. I’m an advocate and will be using Consolidated when we’re ready to grow again.”

The gradient on Hill Cart Road increased slightly but suddenly: it was just too much for poor No. 01 and our crawl slowed to a stop. Some more work on the cylinders.

Despite appearances, the engine is not actually derailed: there is just some sort of kink in the track. The angle makes the gradient look steeper than it is - but you can tell what is vertical by the way people are standing and smoke is rising.

Governor Murphy, Senator Bramnick, and Acting Department of Education Commissioner Angelica Allen-McMillan tour Chatham High School and highlight Increased funding for legislative district 21 at Chatham High School on Friday March 25, 2022(Edwin J. Torres/NJ Governor’s Office).

The rapid growth of industry in Chattanooga in the late 19th century and early 20th century brought an increasing demand for electricity, and the rapid-flowing Ocoee River— which slices through a gorge in the mountains 30 miles (48 km) east of the city— was considered a prime candidate for hydroelectric power by the region's early electric companies. In 1910, the C.M. Clark Company, an electrical transportation holding firm, formed the Eastern Tennessee Power Company to build two hydroelectric dams on the Ocoee, and market their electricity output primarily to Chattanooga. Work on Ocoee Dam No. 1 began later that year, and was completed in late December 1911. By January 27, 1912, electricity from Ocoee Dam No. 1 was flowing into Chattanooga.

In 1922, the Eastern Tennessee Power Company and several other entities merged to form the Tennessee Electric Power Company (TEPCO), which overhauled Ocoee No. 1 in the 1930s. In 1933, the TVA Act created the Tennessee Valley Authority and gave the Authority oversight of the Tennessee River watershed, which includes the Ocoee River. The head of TEPCO, Jo Conn Guild, was vehemently opposed to the creation of TVA, and with the help of attorney Wendell Wilkie, challenged the constitutionality of the TVA Act in federal court. The U.S. Supreme Court upheld the TVA Act, however, in its 1939 decision Tennessee Electric Power Company v. TVA. On August 16, 1939, TEPCO was forced to sell its assets to TVA for $78 million, which included $2.68 million for Ocoee Dam No. 1.

How To Go About Finding a Niche Market

Specialization is increasing nowadays; especially when it comes marketing, finding a niche market is crucial. Companies are deciding to scale back their product lines and become experts in more specialized services and in turn cutting a lot of highly competitive and thinner profit offers out of their range.

In fact, more and more large companies, medium to small businesses and entrepreneurs are discovering the importance of finding a niche market. Doing this enables them to better focus on their clients needs in certain areas much better than their competition, and beat the larger, deeper pocketed well known brands at their own game.

Most marketers think that great sales techniques and marketing strategies can make virtually any product a winner. However the importance of having a niche product / service offering that attracts a base of prospects that are highly interested in (and ready to buy) your specific offering will make your marketing efforts so much more lucrative.

The aim is to go about finding a niche market and understanding that market "so well" that it appears to them like you've read their mind and answered their deepest desires from your offering, so that your product / service makes them the best they can be because of it.

You can get to this understanding through surveying your target niche market, once you've found one that is lucrative, responsive to your offers and has the money to invest. Think of surveys as MARKETING, the most effective form of marketing you will ever do is surveys.

By running a competition and giving away something of value to your niche, is like paying for an ad, or a mail out or a radio add... EXCEPT... It's much, much more effective, because you're effectively attracting and finding a niche market out of thin air and learning exactly what they want before you ever offer anything to them. By rewarding them in the form of your give away or offer of something valuable to the winner and runners up and in turn using the feedback they give, it will be a win-win scenario.

By doing your marketing this way, you should NEVER lose profit, because you'll at least find out what your niche market want and give it to them in the form of a product. We've found simple online surveys through survey monkey is incredibly effective, website and blog polls are good, competitions work wonders and good old fashioned talking to your key market is the best approach. But you need to find what works best for you, so nothing here is a hard and fast rule, just a guideline to what has worked for us and many others we've spoken to.

The GOAL of all marketing should be finding a niche market that runs a profit on 20% of your campaigns (the "Cash Cows") and to break even or a smaller profit on the remaining 75%... It goes without saying a small 5% will lose some profit but by targeting your marketing through surveys you'll greatly reduce this chance.

Focus on Finding a Niche Market That You LOVE!

If you only try finding a niche market for your business based on only profitability, it is very easy for someone else who loves the subject to come and pick your market share or even push you out of the industry so they become the "recognized expert" in their niche and not you. So, it’s very important to focus on finding a niche market (or multiple niche markets) that you have experience in and are passionate about teaching about it, writing about it, talking about it, interviewing others about it and creating products both electronic programs delivered online / physical products and then to top it all off, do keyword research that both your online market is looking for and "wanting", as well as the offline marketplace (this is critical you cover both areas and address each to what THEY want, not what you THINK they're going to need)... Ignore this at your own peril!

To further this, more and more businesses are finding a niche market and dominating in that niche, and this technique of marketing has grown more and more over the last decade. In fact, the more astute marketers in business and those that make themselves students of studying marketing ongoingly for their business are finding the online world is becoming very crowded for niche markets, but this doesn't mean there aren't other ways to go about finding a niche market that is profitable (and one that you really enjoy working on).

Actually, due to the amount of highly established internet marketing niche marketers that have very big lists already established and gained the trust of their client base in the niches they're working in (and a lot of these internet marketers aren't passionate about their niche, they're cold hardcore internet niche marketers who REALLY konw what they're doing online), so you have to be smart in how you go about your niche marketing.

Furthermore, niche marketing has become one of the main techniques to market over the last decade. Actually, many marketers are realizing that Internet marketing is becoming over flooded with Internet marketers and their offers. This increases the competition and lower profits, especially for newbie. The reason for that is because there are many established Internet companies who have very loyal client bases that trust those specific products.

About Finding a Niche Market That Works (Even If You're New to The Market)

The way to beat the seasoned professionals online and also the large companies offline who have more marketing dollars than they know what to do with is by targeting a range of niches in your local area and close surrounding areas.

By targeting your niche marketing to strict local geographic areas, a specialty industry, ethnic or age groups, or any other particular group of consumers you are going after slithers of markets that are quite often unprofitable or too small for the larger companies to go for and the big online marketers won't go after them either because "They-Don't-Know" your local area... So the advantages are stacked in your favor here, please take this single factor onboard... it's SO powerful!

Creating niche web sites is currently the most attractive topic for small businesses and entrepreneurs today. So I recommend you do deep, critical research and choose your keywords and market niche carefully, so you can buy the greatest domain name with your niche and local area in it (for example www.dogtrainerchatswood.com) for your website and rank well in the search engine and also suit your local area, so it's highly specific for them.

You can do this over and over again, creating more and more niche websites for each profitable niche that you have, rather than spending $1,500 to $3000 on one BIG general website that will most likely HURT your chances of getting anywhere online fast, create small, inexpensive, and highly targeted sites that focus on only ONE profitable area that you love to talk about.

Defining your overall general target segment is the main issue to understanding how your company can deliver the best value to your clients and prospects and the very next is finding a niche market for each sub-segment and knowing the prospects of that market better than any of your online and offline competitors. If you do this you will indeed have won the war of finding a niche market that serves you, your business and attracts the exact market to it.

An example of this might be, a cleaning service which identifies a niche opportunity in cleaning pale colored blinds. A web designer may be convinced there is a niche opportunity in creating only pizza restaurant sites. Therefore a niche market is perceived as a small and limited need within an overall target market.

Your success to a large extent with your marketing no matter what the size of your business or company is finding a niche market, understanding it, and servicing it better than any other company.
