When you are standing on a cliff edge
Know that I am there.
When you are teetering on the side of a railway line
Know that I care.
When you are saying goodbye I am your loved one
Holding you a little too tightly so you can’t leave
Not when you are not really ready.
Reach out to me when you are sinking I will pull you out
But not if I can’t hear you.
Use your voice
Ignore the other ones
The ones telling you that you aren’t worth it
That no one cares
That the world would be a better place without you
It’s absolutely not true
