We decided to copy that picture that kept turning up whenever I was looking for boudoir pics for inspiration. I have seen it copied a couple of times but I actually think Elisha did it best.

Do not hate the stink bug. This looks like the most hated of stink bug, the brown-marmorated one. But yet, it more certainly our native Dusky Stink Bug (Euschistus tristigmus) (hmm, what do I mean by "our", it implies ownership, yet do we really own wild things?). Anyway, another plant sucker. Check out the sharp-shoulders. Think about plants, they can't move, they appear to be completely defenseless to anything that wants to eat them up, sip their fluids, burrow in or other wise use in unfriendly ways. Just think if you were chained to a tree...how long would you last? (probably not a good analogy, but an intriguing thought exercise in any case, it is Sunday morning after all, time for introspection). Photo by Jade Louis. . ~~~~~~~~~~{{{{{{0}}}}}}~~~~~~~~~~

We Are Made One with What We Touch and See
We are resolved into the supreme air,
We are made one with what we touch and see,
With our heart's blood each crimson sun is fair,
With our young lives each spring impassioned tree
Flames into green, the wildest beasts that range
The moor our kinsmen are, all life is one, and all is change.

These fast craft are, as their name implies, designed solely for scouting purposes. They have no weapons but are equipped with a matter-bendingly fast "fold" drive as well as a secondary ion propulsion system. Obviously the ones pictured here are using the latter; all that can be seen when the primary engines engage is a brief wrinkle in space as they disappear-
I've made a couple ships solely for the purpose of using a piece I thought I'd never use (in this case, a Ninjago dragon head), which will be uploaded as I find time.
This ship is my favorite, the organic design really appealed to me. I'll upload a less distracting photo (got your attention didn't I? >:D) and 360 .gif (a new habit, saves flickr space) later, but for now, I hope you enjoy my first attempt at spacy photo editing. I'm sure you've all seen better, so if something defies the laws of physics or just doesn't look right, let me know so I can do better next time. :)
Er...never mind mentioning when I break the laws of physics, scifi is more fun without them. :D
As the title implies, this is one of several photos taken on a short Spring drive on and around Keeney Mountain in Summers and Greenbrier Counties, West Virginia. They aren't the well known scenic, tourist spots in West Virginia, but rather the back roads with names like Snake Run and Shaw Mountain Road - what we who live here see around us every day; nothing fancy, just good-ole country living. My hope is it will give other viewers an idea of what this short drive looks like from the roadways.
they say there's a thin thread btween insanity and being a genius !!
i say " there's a very thin thread btween Love & Hate "
sometimes the more u say " i hate u " the more u mean " i Adoore u " !!
this Is the Implied Meaning !!

Seems to me that vehicles, animals or humans could wander pretty freely past this fence. LOL. But I like it.

Yet another beautiful Lawrence photograph of rural Ireland at its best! Cockhill near Buncrana in County Donegal looks like a good place to take a few shots - but there may not be a lot happening around there. The river appears to be tidal at that point, yet the watermill on the left is right down on the foreshore(?)
Today's contributors point-out that, at ~2km from the sea, the river likely wasn't tidal at this point, so the seemingly low water level may have just been time of year or a recent dry spell :) It's also pointed-out that the millrace feeding the waterwheel is split from the main flow of the River Crana just a few hundred metres up river (off camera to the left). While we don't know what quite the wheel and mill building were "for", the building that now occupies the site is home to the "Old Mill Hair Salon" :) Also discussed today was the prominent church. St Mary's RC church was built in the 1840s, and replaced an earlier structure which was just to the right of shot (in the churchyard behind the white school building)...

Though the catalogue description implies this classical style building was in Limerick City, this Stereo Pairs image is going to take some identifying! Because, it is certainly not the railway station in Limerick City, nor any other railway station that I know of. And so we are left with the question(s): what and where is it, and is it still standing?
And we got our answer - very quickly - when Oretani Wildlife (Mike Grimes) identified this as Armagh Courthouse. And, despite a bombing in the 1990s (which seemingly shifted one of the columns "back a full 9 inches"), it is still standing...

As the name implies, Diligentia II revisits the same inspirations and ideas about “persistence” that I touched upon with Diligentia I. For me, persistence is the ability to force yourself to keep going, even when numerous doubts and fears tell you otherwise.
In the composition here, the figures in white represent my doubts and fears, which, like the figures, are continuously lurking in the shadows and slowly stepping into light. The figure in black, on the other hand, represents my will and persistence. While he acknowledges the other figures, he is still positioned to move forward into the darkness.

Implying that both persons are united. In place of "you and me" to show that all people are equal.
