Candeias: primeiro fórum a implantar o PJe recebe Presidência Itinerante
Abrangendo as Ilhas de Maré, dos Frades e das cidades de Madre de Deus e São Sebastião do Passé, a jurisdição de Candeias recebeu a Presidência Itinerante do TRT5 nesta quarta-feira (15), no Fórum Trabalhista Teixeira de Freitas. Em 2012, o fórum de Candeias foi o primeiro a implantar o Processo Judicial Eletrônico, PJe-JT.
O diretor do Fórum, juiz Haroldo Mendes Barbosa, disse se sentir honrado com a visita, pois “a Presidência presente tem como constatar a realidade local, as necessidades, tanto no aspecto de jurisdição, quanto da estrutura, o que facilita muito o nosso trabalho para as melhorias no Fórum.
O presidente do TRT5, desembargador Valtércio de Oliveira, falou das prioridades da atividade no interior, que é o de verificar, de perto, o bom atendimento do cidadão e advogados: 'Eles são nosso público, mas o trabalho da Presidência Itinerante beneficia também juízes e servidores, que podem narrar pessoalmente os problemas da vara, além do trabalho feito pela Secretaria de Organização e Métodos na organização dessas demandas e na busca de soluções', afirmou.

Desde o início da gestão, e dando continuidade ao trabalho iniciado na administração passada, a Presidência Itinerante visita varas e unidades administrativas. Já foram 25 varas no interior, além das 39 varas na capital.
A recepção é muito boa, enquanto a equipe vai conhecendo os ambientes, o chefe do Núcleo de Apoio Administrativo de Candeias, João Nascimento, louva a iniciativa 'do Tribunal em buscar melhorias por meio da aproximação do presidente com os servidores. Estamos vendo essa proximidade, e temos que estar sempre alinhados com a administração e as varas, pois o Núcleo só existe porque a JT e as varas existem'.
A advogada Maria Piedade também gostou do que viu: “atuo como advogada em Candeias desde 1995 e hoje tive o privilégio de presenciar a Presidência Itinerante”, declarou.
A Comissão de Engenharia, Segurança e Medicina do Trabalho, representada pela engenheira Lidiane acompanhou o grupo, e em seu relatório, constatou a necessidade de nivelamento do piso de entrada do fórum, substituindo a atual pedra portuguesa por outra, e também a climatização da sala de espera, onde advogados e partes aguardam as audiências.
O presidente elogiou as excelentes condições do Fórum, bem como de seu arquivo de processos, e o trabalho dos juízes e servidores, nas pessoas dos diretores Silvia Sousa e Roberto Cerqueira, além do chefe do Núcleo João Nascimento.
