Cardiff Bus purchased a large number of Scanias between 2006 and 2009, and has sourced Alexander Dennis products in recent years. Therefore, with Scania's N250UD chassis now available with Alexander Dennis Enviro400 MMC bodywork, could this herald a new type of double-decker for the operator ?

Tellingly, demonstrator YN16 CFU is currently on hire for several weeks for evaluation primarily on Services 57 & 58 (City Centre-Pontprennau), alongside Mercedes Citaros and Alexander Dennis E40D MMCs, which sees competition from New Adventure Travel's X1.

Allocated fleetnumber 783 in the demonstrator series, she is passing the attractive Brains-owned Golden Cross Public House on Customhouse Street in the City Centre in mid September 2017.

New apartment buildings around the Winx tower. They were not yet finished when that corner took a hit, leaving a gaping hole over some mineral wool that lent a certain Potemkin village quality to the place. It was later patched up with pressed wood which I think is still in place...

The Red & Blue Zeroids are with Zeroid 'Zogg" . It is the base for the Red & Blue of course. Red & Blue are from the STAR Team for any who may not know. Came out in 1977- 78

I like the original Zeroids that came out in 1967.

Zogg was the last Zeroid for the original line. Released in 1969.

The first three Zeroids seem fairly common.

But Zogg does not show up for sale very often. In my searching anyway. I guess because of the later release. And it started out only being sold with the Commander Action Set . Then later sold separately.

This Zogg is missing several bits. A spoiler like part on the top of his head. His motor and its' cover. He comes with a laser ball thing he holds. I am fine with that missing.

I just would like the intact basic robot.

Zogg has two little cone things. on top of his base above the treads. And below their hand like parts. Blue has the two. But Red has only one. Zogg has those with what look like two stacked black rubber donuts. With a chromed tip on top of them. This ones' are gone.

But he has his treads !

And the rest of it, is nice and clean. And the chrome is good.

Even has the forearm stickers intact....

So I am happy to get him. To finally get some version of it !

I got it from a toy shop. Out in the wild.

It was likely, still there because it was incomplete ?

But I don't even see beat up ones for sale. So I am happy to get it.

A nice complete Zogg has been a grail collectable since I learned of it. Because of its' STAR Team connection. So this a good stand in for now :)

Also, got this Zem - 21 too. Its' silver is so good.

Compared to the one I have had for yrs. This one has the silver intact much more. I got it at the same toy store Zogg was at. The electroplated silver chrome is so thin on the Zem- 21 to start with. So after 47 years now, it seems to be disappearing on so many of them.....

Crissy made in Australia have paler skin, paler lips and have blue eye liner, the only ones that do.

Truth be told, those three photos taken on the 30th of December were not actually the last photos of 2020. As luck would have it, shortly before going mad in the freezing cold waiting for the 46 to arrive, I happened across an outstation of the York Pullman bus company! Now while I would not advise an enthusiast trip there, as it is private land - contact them if you want to visit, I took the photos just off of the property - it does make for some interesting picking in probably the only time I'll be getting York Pullman buses for a while.

From a collection taken from right to left, in which I nearly slipped and fell on the icy tarmac leading up to the barrier blocking off the land, Ideal Motor Services' W452 BCW, a 1999 Volvo B7TL Plaxton President new to London United as their VP108, and apparently, Godsons of Leeds' Y5 HMC, a 2001 Mercedes-Benz Vario new to Kent Coach Tours as Y353 CKR, are seen here both laid up and covered with a touch of frost on the outskirts of Market Weighton at the York Pullman outstation there.

The Hawk was released in 1977. Originally in 1970 as the Zeroids Zem XXI

Space Module. In yellow and purple.

The STAR Team Hawk also comes in the reverse of the above color scheme. .

( interior grey, exterior orange ).

I would like both versions. Then take them apart and make a solid grey and solid orange one. Maybe when I win the lottery :)
