Farewell to Iceland - flying home by Roland Bogush

What a beautiful and unexpected place Iceland is - I took more landscape style photos there than I have anywhere else, I think. Overall, really pleased with the results. This shot was taken from the Icelandair Boeing 757 as we approached London Heathrow from Keflavik.

Interestingly, the geotag indicates that this shot was taken at Keflavik, but that’s just where I switched to Airplane mode, so it hadn’t updated its location.
