Because I know at times I can be one...

I didn't like her mess, but it wouldn't have bothered me so much if she hadn't screamed and sworn at me and threatened many times to do everything in her power to get me evicted. She called me horrible names, and broke the tenants' rules at our apartment frequently, and got away with it.
